This log ill be focusing on offseason training with diet and cardio more flexible; hence why its called the offseason. In my last log you see I counted calories everyday. Currently, I am not counting calories and going by the mirror.
The past ten weeks I have been on prescription trt pfizer brand at 20 mgs. In fact when i went to the beach i went down to 10 mgs , then transitioned to 15, then back to 20. Since the last log was contest prep, in the past ten weeks I have put on some body-fat as expected after a contest. That said, I am decently lean, and happy with my stomach.
Ill try and get some starting pictures. Today I weighed in at 222 or 223. The plan for these next six weeks
Training....Im not as gung ho as I used to be. Im more relaxed. I have had injuries before so I have to not push things as to not flare them up Like the great Lee haney quote Stimulate don't Annihilate. Ill try and update every day, whether I train that day or not. The past ten weeks Ive been training hard, yet , holding back , esp on certain days, not sticking to the same exercises and keeping things fun. Its been more maintenance training to keep my muscle, that said still intense training on certain days
Cardio. Im on my feet quite a bit as I work a job where I walk and on my feet. I also live around a lot of stores so ill walk to the grocery store , or ride my bike around. Ill update this in my log
Nutrition....No forcing food like I used to, i was in my twenties and early thirties and gained too much body-fat doing that. Ive been eating every 3 hours. I may up protein with some meals as I do feel on anabolics , more protein is necessary.
Sleep is good. I usually get 7-8 hours, and a nap sometimes.
Supplements
Powdered multi in capsules-8 pills a day.
vit c
Bcaa's and l glutamine
I take a lot - creatine, beta alanine, etc Tudca for liver protection.
Stimulates -I don't take them much, if I do I limit them to three times a week or less. Last few days I haven't taken any
Moa gear
Deca 600 mgs weekly
bold 300 mgs weekly
Test E 150 mgs weekly
Dbol 30 mgs on weight training days- Ive been known to forget days as well so ill try and remember
Clomid as needed probably cut them in half and that'd be 25 mgs
Cialis when the mood strikes
Took my first shot 300 mgs deca, 150 bold, and 75 test e.
