Low dose dnp ass run. Help or advice

Hi,new to forum an looking some help
I'm 112kg 27% fat
Gonna do 12 week fat loss cycle
Tren test 1.5ml mon an thurs
100mcg t3
Adex eod last 2 week ed
125 or 250 mg dnp daily
On keto diet an hours cardio 6.30am every morn an walk dogs at night
Should I start the dnp now or diet 6 weeks an do the dnp last 4-6 weeks
Looking to loss as much fat as poss but would I be left with saggy skin on my belly..
Love some advice or put me in the right direction.

I no cardio an diet is key but think low dnp it would all come together.

Keto diet on tren...not sure if I could do it, tren tends to make people into carb monsters.


Honestly, I wouldn't suggest running anything at your current bf%. If your estimate is right, you're carrying about 67lbs of fat right now, and your LBM would be around 180. Most of the substances you're taking, IMO, really show their impressive properties when taken whilst already leaned down. I probably wouldn't run tren or DNP at your current weight/bf%...not only because results won't be obvious, but for health concerns as well, especially pertaining to your heart.

Don't get me wrong, the cycle would yield results, but if I were you I'd diet down naturally to at least the low teens of bf% and then think about cycling the compounds you list. Just my 2 cents.

Ok, be careful, first of all. Second of all, try this protocol and thank me later:

Weeks 1-4 DNP (Low Dose)
Weeks 5-8 DNP & T3 (Four Weeks. Stay at the low dose of DNP and don't go above 75mcg of T3 IMO)
Weeks 9-12 DNP (Low Dose)
Weeks 13-14 T3 (Don't go above 75mcg)

You should lose a fair amount of fat mass provided your diet & training are good and you should also not experience too many side effects. I would NOT increase doses as the results won't differ too much, just the sides and the possibility of muscle loss and death if you're really not careful and don't remain hydrated.

But you need a proper diet & weight training plan. And yes, you would have saggy skin on your belly as you put it, so I'd recommend going to the beginners forum and reading about proper diet & exercise plans, because otherwise, you could hurt yourself here and your results will suck.
