My test subject has used Osta-Gain in the past for injury recovery (TB500, IGF LR3, etc.) and was very pleased with the quality so he is expecting the same here.

Stats:

6ft 180lbs

Training:

Subject is primarily endurance athlete though he is not a "stick".

HIIT training and olympic lifts: 5 days a week
Long distance running/swimming: 3-5 days a week
Body weight exercises throughout week (pushup, pull-up, dip, etc.)

Diet:

2700 calories per day max (usually between 2300-2700)
Protein: 270 grams
Fat: 90 grams
Carbs: 203 grams

1-2 protein shakes a day
Most protein comes from lean beef, fish, and poultry
Carbs from vegetables, ZERO wheat/gluten
Fat from oily fish, olive oil, natural almond butter, etc.


GW1516 Plan:

5mg per day for first two weeks and up dosage from there if need be.
Supplement with Tribulus as a cox2 precaution.

Expectations:

Subject holds fat around belly button and underside of pecs. He is looking to lean out as much as possible as well as make reasonable endurance gains. He is already in excellent shape from an endurance standpoint.
 
Already knocked out the first week.

Starting weight 180.
Current weight 178.

My subject didn't use Tribulus for the first couple days so that he could assess any sides from the GW. The only thing to note was a little nausea that went away after a couple days of use.

Already two pounds down, but my subject's weight does fluctuate. He can notice differences in ab muscle definition, but it is not drastic. Endurance gains aren't huge either, but he does report feeling very beastly during workouts.

He also noted feeling more annoyed/angry with coworkers, stupid drivers, wife, etc. and has had this side effect in the past with other test boosters. Might be from the Tribulus, but it is too early to tell.

I did 7 mg/ day and leaned out nicely. Ran it for 30 days and it got me through the "tough mudder" with ease. At 225# i was the furthest thing from an endurance athlete. Good luck, it works very well.
 
Glad to hear it! My subject is only a week and a half in so it is a bit early, but the effects are there.

How would you recommend storing it? He noticed that it arrived in a gel form due to the cold during shipping. Hopefully that wont be an issue though I don't know the stability of GW.

Almost three weeks done and my subject is leaning out nicely. Weight hasn't dropped since the first two pounds save a couple tenths, but there are noticeable differences in the trouble areas (lower pec and belly button).

He is also gaining endurance very well. I think the endurance effect would be more dramatic on someone who isn't already an avid endurance athlete. With that being said, he ran some mile intervals with hundreds of pushups, pull-ups, and air squats in between, and the mile times were consistently under 6 minutes. Those times are normal, but he noted that it didn't feel as hard as usual.

Things are going very well! My subject is really starting to see results and is leaning out very well. He has now dropped 4.5lbs since starting and the trouble areas are flatter than they have ever been before. Diet has been strict and training intense, but the GW is definitely making things happen.

He upped the does to 7mg/day during week three and is finishing out week four at 10mg/day. That will be the end of the cycle.
