So tonight I started up a routine consisting of a ten minute warm up followed by two 30 minute sets of hanging followed by traction wrapping for three hours with the wrap being pulled down and velcroed to my thigh and then a twenty minute bathmate session followed by a shot of pge-1 with igf-1 and after the erection goes away i will keep it wrapped so it heals in an elongated state and leave it wrapped until bed. Ill take starting measurements tommorrow.
 
Sounds like a good routine

How do you wrap after your finished? Do you use an ace bandage wrap?
 
Yes I use an ace bandage and then usually pull it tight and connect it to my thigh via velcro
 
Last night did two thirty minute sets with five pounds then traction wrapped for a few hours then did a twenty minute bathmate session after doing 100 jelqs to warmup then wore a ring for thirty minutes just to keep blood in for a little bit longer and afterwards traction wrapped and wrapped a four ounce weight at the end just to give slight pull and wore that for eight hours. I'm thinking of not doing anymore pge-1 or igf-1 until I've stopped gaining like this. Tonight ill put up my starting measurements I've just been busy and have yet to take them yet
 
Ok so starting measurements are
Nbpel-5.5in
Bpel-6.5in
Girth erect-5in
So I've had it wrapped for the first twelve hours of today and am currently twenty minutes into my first thirty minute set of hanging with both sets being 5.5 pounds after these sets ill traction wrap and go to the gym and run errands and do my jelqing and bathmate around 1030 and probably some clamping also so far I can say as I've Ben doing this for a couple weeks now my penis looks more full and veiny and deffnienty is staying closer to erect size while flaccid
 
Starting tomorrow in gonna switch from two thirty minute sets to three twenty minute sets due to me being worried about lack of blood flow for thirty minutes at a time
