First time researching with TB500 :)

A little background: My rat has always had issues with her left knee even before she started seriously training. It is a nonstop nagging pain and at times is very painful and hard to bend. When she sits in one place for too long it will lock up and then it will crack super loud and it sucks. It is getting harder and harder for her to sleep everynight due to nonstop moving around trying to get comfortable.

I was pointed in the direction of TB500 and suggested to research it and figured I have nothing to lose. As the title says, this will be my first time researching with TB500.

Dosage: I will do 1mg every 4 days then move up to 2mg every 5 days. I am pretty clueless on how to dose it but this seems like a good start. I may inject my rat IM in her quad(teardrop) or maybe just find a fatty area around her knee and go subq. *Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Okay I think I will inject my rat subq in the fatty area of her knee. Dont think there is much fat there but im going to give it a go. I will let yall know how that goes lol..first injection today

Just did first injection..did not feel too great. Left a big lump and I'm waiting for it to go down. Its red and a bit painful. Im sure its because my rat has barely any fat around that area. I decided to do 2mg today..1mg down and another 1mg to go. I will definitely change the position for the next one.

Still have a nice little lump in my leg but it feels a lot better. I will be doing another injection before bed but im going to just do it subq in my rats tummy..dont feel like dealing with that before bed lol

Last injection lastnight went much better than the first. It did leave the tiniest lump but went away quickly. Still have a lump on my knee and is sore but its okay!
Like I said before my rats total dose yesterday was 2mg, so thats one vial down. Next injection is Friday so I will update if I feel any changes before then. I am not sure how quick TB500 take to feel anything but hopefully soon!
