Sorry forgot to add I do have a carb meal post workout, 2 cups white rice + 1 scoop new formulated m5.

Gains are steady! Leaning down very fast, bench went up from 315x13 to 335x15! Good tren strength! Deadlifts I go low reps with, pulling 600 for 2 now!

Mood has not been the best lol
