After just finishing an eight week cycle I decided to really clean things up and created this 30-day challenge to myself:
Nutrition is going to be very simple. Gluten free, dairy free, and all organic. I'm going to make one giant meal to feast upon throughout the day. This will be the same meal for one week (made daily). At the end of each week I'll develop a new meal.
Week 1:
1.25 lb 85% grass fed beef
5 cage free whole eggs
20 egg whites
2.5 lb red potatoes
onions, peppers, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms
This will create a large egg and beef carousal type meal. First attempt at making this will be tomorrow morning. I have a very good idea how I'm going to go about making it and it should be very easy. I'm guessing less than 20 minutes to prepare an entire day's worth of food.
Beverages will be filtered water, black coffee, and green tea
I'll start each morning with 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 tbs evoo, and 4 gms of fish oil. This is before morning cardio.
Here's the total daily breakdown: 3,330 kcal, 195 gm carb, 315 gm pro, 135 gm fat.
Supplements:
100mg test cyp as prescribed for TRT
5,000 ui hcg weekly as prescribed
Multi-vitamin (Opti-Men)
Vitamin C – 1 gm
Vitamin E (gamma e) – 400 iu
Vitamin D – 5,000 iu
NOW Liver Detox – 3 caps
Can't get more boring, but should be effective.
