Cleaning my act up – 30 day challenge

After just finishing an eight week cycle I decided to really clean things up and created this 30-day challenge to myself:

Nutrition is going to be very simple. Gluten free, dairy free, and all organic. I'm going to make one giant meal to feast upon throughout the day. This will be the same meal for one week (made daily). At the end of each week I'll develop a new meal.

Week 1:
1.25 lb 85% grass fed beef
5 cage free whole eggs
20 egg whites
2.5 lb red potatoes
onions, peppers, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms

This will create a large egg and beef carousal type meal. First attempt at making this will be tomorrow morning. I have a very good idea how I'm going to go about making it and it should be very easy. I'm guessing less than 20 minutes to prepare an entire day's worth of food.

Beverages will be filtered water, black coffee, and green tea

I'll start each morning with 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 tbs evoo, and 4 gms of fish oil. This is before morning cardio.

Here's the total daily breakdown: 3,330 kcal, 195 gm carb, 315 gm pro, 135 gm fat.

Supplements:
100mg test cyp as prescribed for TRT
5,000 ui hcg weekly as prescribed
Multi-vitamin (Opti-Men)
Vitamin C – 1 gm
Vitamin E (gamma e) – 400 iu
Vitamin D – 5,000 iu
NOW Liver Detox – 3 caps

Can't get more boring, but should be effective.
 
Here's a photo of the dish. Took a little longer to make than I thought, but that's probably because it was the first attempt.

I ate it for breakfast and lunch so far. It's extremely fulling. I planned on having some pre-workout, but I think I'm going to be too full.

Well I finished the whole dish around 8:30pm. I had to triple check my calculations because I couldn't believe I only ate 3,330 kcal today. Overall I feel pretty good. No bloating tonight, which is unusual for me. Going to repeat tomorrow.
 
I know this hasn't been updated lately, so how's it going? Why did you stop the log?
 
Wow, sorry guys I forgot about the log. I ended up going 25 days. I made three different giant meals. The egg dish in the op was my favorite. My second favorite was a chicken stew. It was made with free range organic chicken, free range eggs, veggies, pasture butter, coconut oil, chicken stock and white rice. I made the pot the night before and put in the refrigerator. In the morning (6:30am) I put it on simmer and it was ready around 10am.

The third dish was a large pan of grass fed steak, veggies, and sweet potatoes. I did not like this because for whatever reason it did not fill me up. Strange, because all three meals were very close in total calories and macro nutrients.

I felt good during and after the cleanse. If I give it another go I will do seven days. This is enough to get most of the benefits. I was significantly less bloated after one week. I want to clarify that my "normal" diet is very clean. However, I eat oats, corn flakes, diary, whey, and casein, any of which may be what contributes to my occasional bloating. My guess is it's the whey, but like an idiot I did not slowly reintroduce the items, so I'm still not sure. Currently I'm taking a lot of digestive enzymes and these seems to help.
