Hello I'll be starting pure oils trestolone today at 50mgs a day and running it for at least 6 weeks and maybe nonstop depending on how good it is. My primary goal is strength and my main lifts right now after two months of no aas is a 405 lb bench 565 lb squat and 615 lb dead lift my bodyweight is 255 and around 18% bf. I'll start logging tomorrow which is my dead lift day.

I would think this could possibly be great for a powerlifter considering I feel great on it and never lose my appetite..

Felt strong and slowly building up to my sets I was at while on a lot of aas. So far I've noticed increased sex drive and feeling hypo like my body needs more carbs. I'm thinking of changing my training to focus predominantly on specializing in bench press so anyone with pointers or routine recommendations please feel free to say so. Tonight I'm gonna do rack lockouts and close grips and military press.
 
So today went good decided to do 3 board press today and have never done them before so here it is

I'm starting to get more energy and feel good again. I was on aas for years then had to come off cold turkey and felt terrible now I'm back to feeling good again. Still open to anyone with pointers on bench press specialization. Next workout is Monday gonna do back squats front squats and weighted sit ups.
 
So today my traps and lats are very sore. I'm assuming this is because I'm coming from years of bodybuilding training and just learning proper powerlifting bench form. Last night I finally got my Arch correct and got up on my traps good and they are sore. As far as the trest goes my strength is going up and pip is nonexistent. My sex drive is very good now as well.
 
Also I forgot to mention I have been doing my shots half a ml in each delt daily with a 29guage insulin pin and it flows great through it.
 
Veins in my calves are starting to come in good already.

Figured since it will probally happen soon I'd post up my pec tear picture that happened benching 405lbs. I've just recently after a year And a half of recovering hit 405 again and plan on passing that before this runs over.

Going to do squats now. Up until this point I used cheap Walmart knee wraps on my heavy sets and just got some parallel breaker wraps. They are super stiff and by the time I wrap my knees I'm sweating a lot so it will be different.
 
Holy fucking shit that pec tear looks terrible.

So that's it. The knee wraps were so hard to wrap correctly and get hooked in tight. I've got a lot to learn with them yet. My strength is still going up and my face has been running really hot. I'm assuming this is from the trest.
 
Sometime next week I will be having my blood work done as well just so I can see what effect if any trest has on my blood work.
