I've been on a journey to the body I've always wanted. I've been the king of excuses for years. I competed in Powerlifting for quite a few years ranging from 275-315 in body weight. My journey started in late July 2013 at my heaviest of 337. I was in a bad place. I was depressed GF and I had just ended as well as many other thing; so I went home 1000 miles from where I typically reside, after not being home for almost 5 years. I sat on Mama's couch for 2.5 weeks. I came back and was ready to make a change. Due to school and work, lifting was nearly impossible. All I had was dieting and occasional running to use to get my weight down. I'll be 25 in a few weeks. I figured I will capture my progress here as my body changes. This is my journey. Fat to Skinny Fat to Jacked.

Training

My training split will be as follows:

Sunday:
Quads
Calves

Monday:
Back
Traps

Tuesday:
Chest
Abs

Wednesday:
Hamstrings
Calves

Thursday:
Off

Friday:
Shoulders
Traps

Saturday:
Arms
Abs

I usually do between 4-5 exercises with 3-4 working sets. My reps are usually 20-12. I do some super sets. I will try to log workouts. At first I was struggling with embarrassment of my lack of strength. I'm past that now. My training partner and good buddy keeps me pushing.
 
Meals

My meals are pretty basic. I'm trying to lean out and still build muscle. This is probably my weaker part of knowledge.

0600:
10 egg whites
Mrs Dash Seasoning

0900:
8oz Chicken Breast
2tbls Mrs Dash Marinade

1200:
8oz Chicken Breast
2tbls Mrs Dash Marinade
11oz Green Salad

1500:
8oz Chicken Breast
2tbls Mrs Dash Marinade

1730 Pre Training:
2 Scoops Whey

2000 Immediately Post Training:
8oz Swai
Mrs Dash Seasoning

2200 Pre Bed:
2tbls Natty Almond Butter
5oz Red Wine

Fluids:
1.5 Gallons Water with Crystal Light Spread Out

Supps:
750 Tribulus x2 Daily
Zma with B6 Nightly
Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
Cellucor C4 Preworkout
MP Glutamine in Shake and In Water Consumed throughout day
Muscletech Amino Build Preworkout
 
I'm not familiar with any of the mrs dash stuff so don't know the macros but it looks like your living on just protein and a little fat? I'm not going to lie I have no idea what swai is either. Your making good progress for sure but there's done real knowledgeable diet fits on hear that can probably help you achieve even more. I'm gonna follow your progress, I enjoy watching people turn things around

Thanks Sammy! Swai is a white fish. Super cheap and real buttery tastinf! Yea basically only protein right now. I'm also receptive to Input and am continuing to research diet changes!

Thanks man! I really appreciate it! I have considered GH. I wanna get some muscle on and get lean and evaluate from there. Def a plausible option I will keep in my bag of tricks though.

Yesterday's day off was a drag. Work was long and wound up doing HW from 1900-2300. FML have an exam tomorrow AM. Looking forward to hitting shoulders hard today! And more importantly, CARBS TOMORROW!
