Whats up PM! I have been given the opportunity to do some research with Pure Oils Dienolone acetate and Trestolone acetate. I will be researching 50mg of each everyday for the next few weeks.

Some background: I have researched trest previously and was very impressed with it, so I am very optimistic about this stack. I have used other Dienolone products in the past like Iron Legions Dienazone and gotten wonderful results so I know what to expect gains and sides wise.

Right now my research subject is sitting at 181lbs and caliper tested at 11-12% body fat. Ill upload pics soon.

Diet is roughly as follows on a daily basis:
Meal 1:
3 cups gluten free breakfast cereal, usually Coco Dyno-bites (delicious)
16oz 5x protein almond milk
1 1/4 egg whites
3tbsp EVOO

Meal 2:
1.5 cups Basmati rice
8-10oz of chicken or two cans of tuna
1/2 can of organic black beans

Meal 3: Preworkout
1/2 cup of trailmix and 1 cup greek yogurt (Sometimes I have nothing preworkout)

Postworkout:
One can pinapples or two pop tarts
Two scoops of whey isolate

Meal 4:
8-10oz chicken or steak, or 85% ground beef
8oz Bolthouse Farms greens
One whole wheat tortilla
 
My research subject began researching the dien yesterday and hit shoulders tonight.
My subject felt stronger than usual, but that is almost certainly a placebo effect.

My research subject believes in a high volume and high intensity workout, usually 5-6 lifts with 4 sets of pyramiding volume and weight. If members are particularly interested in weights/lifts I will put them all up. Otherwise I will just note highlights of my research subjects workouts.

The only thing my research subject experienced with trest was problems with estrogen control. Last time my subject was also dosing 50mg of masteron prop and 50mg proviron a day.

My subject has used Dien as a topical in the past and only experienced strength increases and body recomp comparable to tren ace. My subject is hoping for the same but more drastic.
 
Today was an off day, arms tomorrow.

the combo of the 2 at around 350mg per week has my rats looking and feeling quite full and pumped. only real side is increased body acne unfortunately. estrogen seems controlled with 12.5mg aromasin ed. thinking this combo will be the go to for a good lean bulk or whatever else. cant imagine something like 500mg-700mg per week of each.
 
Ended up not lifting today, had to work an extra long shift and was feeling very fatigued. My research subject is feeling fairly lethargic until it takes in carbs, will be bumping carb intake from now on.

Working on the wheels tomorrow with a good gym bro.

My research subject hit legs today, felt very pumped and strong. My research subject has been steadily losing strength since starting a cut but strength seemed better today.

Leg raises: 15x80, 12x100, 10x120, 8x140, 6x180
BB Squat: 45x15, 135x12, 225x10, 275x6, 135x15
Leg Press w/high foot placement: 2 plates x12, 3 plates x10, 4 plates x8, 5 plates x6
Flying iso leg curls: 70x10, 90x8, 90x8, 70x12

My research animal is holding alot of water weight and will be starting an AI very soon.
 
Research animal worked pecs today, strength and aggression are certainly rising, once my animal gets in the gym it doesnt want to leave.

DB flat: 80x12,95x10,110x6,80x8
DB incline: 65x12,80x10,95x6,80x8
BB decline: 135x15x2,185x12

Then four sets of each upward, middle, and downward cable flys at 40lbs.

50 decline sit ups and russian twists.

Strength for my research subject has been declining steadily as he has been dropping BF%, however since starting the trest and dien stamina is starting to pick up again along with strength.

Hit arms today. My research subject is filling out quickly, so far 50mg ed feels about the same as 2ml ED of Dienazone.

50 Decline sit ups and 3 sets of 20 reps on that weighted ab twist thing. Energy, libido, and mood are way up.
 
Today my research animal added in the following things: 1ml of Iron Legion Nano Mithas ED and a new intra workout of 10g EAA 10g BCAA and 60g of carbs. Also switched post workout protein to a scoop of WPI and a scoop of Peptopro.

My research subject hit shoulders tonight.

My research subject has been feeling very full, libido is up, energy in the gym is off the charts. Thinking about upping calories a bit more.
 
Took today off. As the days go by my research animal is feeling like an inflating like a balloon but there is too much water weight so hell be starting an AI very soon if the Mithras doesnt dry him out.
 
My research animal hit legs yesterday, didnt write any numbers down.

Leg ext: 6 sets
BB Squats: 5 sets
Leg Press focus on hams: 4 sets
Flying iso leg curls: 4 sets
Standing calf press: 6 sets

Notes so far, 50mg of dienolone ED does not seem enough and is probably comparable to 1.5ml of trenazone/dienazone. 75-100mg ED is probably the sweet spot. My research subject notes that dienolone acetate is closer to nandrolone in effects than tren. Same thickness (and bloat) that a similar dose of NPP would give but more size and strength gains so far.
 
My research subject hit back tonight with alot of volume. He didnt write down numbers again tonight.

53 wide grip chins
Seated long pull close grip: 5 sets
Seat long pull wide grip: 4 sets
Hammerstrength iso row: 4 sets
Hammerstrength front lat iso pull down: 4 sets
Side lat pull downs on the hammerstrength iso lat: 4 sets

Two sets of decline sit ups, 25 each. Weighted side ab twisty thingy, 50 each side.
 
Had to take the past few days off to deal with some renovations at the house and a busy work schedule. Research chimp still looks pretty full and vascular.
 
My chimp hit arms today, looked absolutely huge and still fairly lean. This combination has been better than high dosed test/npp for my chimp. Same thickness and fullness but with way more strength and endurance.

Notes: My chimp has experienced no side effects at all besides lowered libido and ED; .5mg cabaser 3x a week has totally reversed this. Currently my chimp is thickening up much better than on 600mg of npp a week with more strength.
