Whats up PM! I have been given the opportunity to do some research with Pure Oils Dienolone acetate and Trestolone acetate. I will be researching 50mg of each everyday for the next few weeks.
Some background: I have researched trest previously and was very impressed with it, so I am very optimistic about this stack. I have used other Dienolone products in the past like Iron Legions Dienazone and gotten wonderful results so I know what to expect gains and sides wise.
Right now my research subject is sitting at 181lbs and caliper tested at 11-12% body fat. Ill upload pics soon.
Diet is roughly as follows on a daily basis:
Meal 1:
3 cups gluten free breakfast cereal, usually Coco Dyno-bites (delicious)
16oz 5x protein almond milk
1 1/4 egg whites
3tbsp EVOO
Meal 2:
1.5 cups Basmati rice
8-10oz of chicken or two cans of tuna
1/2 can of organic black beans
Meal 3: Preworkout
1/2 cup of trailmix and 1 cup greek yogurt (Sometimes I have nothing preworkout)
Postworkout:
One can pinapples or two pop tarts
Two scoops of whey isolate
Meal 4:
8-10oz chicken or steak, or 85% ground beef
8oz Bolthouse Farms greens
One whole wheat tortilla
