40 y/o back to gym. Use to do a lot of cycles ending about 6 years ago. Got my stuff to do a new one.

10 weeks:
Test cyp 250mg 2x a week
Anavr 60 Ed
Winny 50eod
Aromasin 6mg Ed
Nolvadex 20mged 2 weeks after end of cycle

Should I hold winny for last 6weeks with anavar on first 4?
Any critiques? As u can see, it's a "cutting" cycle. Diet and training on point for goals.

You can do it as is, but I believe a lot of people do hold winny till the end. I was working with an IFBB coach and he did not make me hold it until the end. Make sure you get HCG to go along with the nolva for your PCT, it'll help get your testicles producing again.

Is the winny oral? If so that's a lot of stress on the liver , I would use it last 6 weeks as well.

Do hcg 4 weeks after first shot of cycle, take it mon and thurs at 250iu all the way up to pct, for pct your best bet I'd clomid 4 weeks, 100mg first week then 50mg the rest of 3 weeks.
