Wks 1-10: ganabol test prop, 600mg /wk
Wks7-currently: vr supplies curicumin 100mg, 50 mg res eod
Adex : 1mg x twice a week thru entire run
Wks7-10 : clen 80-120mcg Ed
Pct: wks 1-3 raloxifene , 75 mgs Ed, Hcg 500ius every 3 days.
Diet: 2500-2750 cals/day
300-400 G protein
300 g carb
50-100 fat
I do cheat on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons.
Cardio(low instesity) 5x weeks on empty stomach 30-45m
I lift during pm hours 4-5 days a week.
Current stats as of last pin of test p.

I did lab work the last day of the cycle, should have results soon. Strength went up through entire run, I had a shoulder injury that actually went away with minimal rest. I'm more vascular then I've been in 7-10 yrs and I feel better overall than I have in a long time.
