Hey guys, Iv never done a log here. But I think it could be a useful tool, as I already wrote mostly everything down about my bodybuilding life style.


So I will see how this goes. Hope I get some followers and advice from the vets on here.

Stats-

25 years old ( about to be 26)
250lbs
Kinda fat but not a lard ass, maybe 15%?

Goals-

IFBB Pro (lol yea I know) would be the ultimate, but I mostly just wanna be a freak.

History-

Started training at 16. For boxing, liked the physical changes that I saw in my body so it slowly evolved to body building and strongman. Got very far from strongman lol, had no idea how to diet. Did a few test cycles and some tren.

Trained till I was 20. Then like a dumbass got involved in some bad shit, quit lifting all together, and become an alcoholic/ drug addict. Spent 4 years in that hole. My grandfather got through to me, and with the help of God I got sober. Been sober for almost 2 years now.

Started training again as soon as I sobered up. So Iv currently been training for about 18 months. The gains I have made are impressive in my opinion. Muscle memory had a lot to do with it. I am now better than ever and only headed up.

I am currently cutting. Down from a bloated 260lb

My doses are high. Iv ran them low, many different brands, my own brews, whatever. I believe my body doesn't respond well to low doses. High doses are where I see results.

Current cycle-
Test cyp- 125mg wk
Tren ace- 150mg daily
Winstrol- 50mg daily
Anadrol- 100mg daily

Cutting aids-
T3- 120mcg daily
Clen or EC

Supports-
2.5mg letrozole 2x wk
Cabaser- .5mg 2x wk
Cialis- 25mg as needed
B-complex inject EOD

Peptides-
Cjc DAC- 500mcg daily
Ghrp- 150mcg with cjc
Igf-1 lr3- 100mcg preworkout

Defiantly one of my heavier cycles. I'm loving it tho. Only sides are insomnia and mental issues from tren. Nothing to bad tho.
 
Yesterday's chest workout-

Inc bench- 19x225, 16x225, 13x225
Inc hammer press14x200, 13x200, 12x 200
Chest press- 15x200, 14x200, 13x200
Inc db press- 18x70, 15x70, 13x70
Inc db fly- 12x35, 12x35, 12x35
Dips- 14, 12, 10

Decent workout considering I'm cutting. Anadrol is really helping, I added it to keep filled/ pad the joints as Winny was not making my elbows feel very good.

Left shoulder is aching as well. I have always had joint problems tho
 
Just got done hitting back. Kept it light due to my shoulder pain. Still had a great workout, and amazing pump. Took 40mg DMAA preworkout for energy. Love that stuff

BTN pulldowns- 30x100, 30x100, 14x180, 10x200, 10x200, 12x180

Assisted chins ( wide grip)- 8, 8, 6

Barbell rows- 16x185, 16x185, 16x185

Close grip pulldown- 14x180, 14x180, 12x180

Cable row- 12x200, 14x180, 14x180

Diet-
1. Shake - 75g protein, 22g carb, 15g fat

2. 8oz chicken with small about bbq sauce

3. Shake- 75g protein, 40g dextrose

4. 16oz steak

5. 2 cups cottage cheese

Odd diet today. But got my macros in
 
Macros for the above diet are-

375g protein
92g carbs
70g fat

2498 total cals. Pretty low. But I'm retaining muscle and losing fat quickly. Even making strength gains after cheat days. So I'll keep it rolling like this
 
Can't edit now, but forgot to add-

I do cardio most mornings, 45 mins on the elliptical at a fast pace. My heart rate was 145 bpm today. Sometimes I'll go slower and keep it at 125ish

I do cardio before breakfast, after a dose of CJC/ghrp, EC, and anadrol
 
Morning cardio- 50 mins at what I would call high intensity. Dripping sweat

Delts-
Db press- 30x80, 25x80, 20x80
Laterals- 15x40, 15x35, 13x35
Front raises- 12x60,12x60,12x60
Reverse fly- 12x40, 12x35, 12x35
Reverse peck deck- 15x200, 13x200,12x200
Shoulder press machine- 20x110, 9x150, 13x130
Cable upright rows- 15x100, 12x130, 15x145

Lifting done quickly in 45 mins. Felt great, amazing pumps. Felt like I was looking huge.

Weight is down to 245.2 lbs. abs looking best in my life (never had abs lol) very happy so far.

Anadrol is defiantly keeping my muscle full, not looking nearly as flat since I added it.

Diet today-
Meal 1-
2 whole eggs, 9 whites
4oz beef liver
4 turkey sausage links (lean)
Carb free yogert

Meal 2-
35g whey
25g protein blend
Carb free yogert (so good don't hate)

Meal 3-
8oz talapia
2 ham/ cheese/spinich rolls
1/2cup rolled oats

Meal 4- (post workout)
75g whey
40g dextrose

Meal 5-
8oz lean beef
4oz chicken
Aspargus
