Hey guys, Iv never done a log here. But I think it could be a useful tool, as I already wrote mostly everything down about my bodybuilding life style.
So I will see how this goes. Hope I get some followers and advice from the vets on here.

Stats-
25 years old ( about to be 26)
250lbs
Kinda fat but not a lard ass, maybe 15%?
Goals-
IFBB Pro (lol yea I know) would be the ultimate, but I mostly just wanna be a freak.
History-
Started training at 16. For boxing, liked the physical changes that I saw in my body so it slowly evolved to body building and strongman. Got very far from strongman lol, had no idea how to diet. Did a few test cycles and some tren.
Trained till I was 20. Then like a dumbass got involved in some bad shit, quit lifting all together, and become an alcoholic/ drug addict. Spent 4 years in that hole. My grandfather got through to me, and with the help of God I got sober. Been sober for almost 2 years now.
Started training again as soon as I sobered up. So Iv currently been training for about 18 months. The gains I have made are impressive in my opinion. Muscle memory had a lot to do with it. I am now better than ever and only headed up.
