Jeffs Lightning Dbol log and comeback journal!

I would like to start this by saying thank you to the whole Lightning Fast crew!I appreciate the oppurtunity and look forward to big things next year!
I was chose to run lightnings dbol...I will be running 40 mg a day..i havent run dbol since 08 or so,I have always liked it and should respond well.....I will be running lightning cyp with it,I am thinking 500 to 750 a week...
For that dont know me I will give a short intro..
I fell off a ladder at work about 8.5 weeks ago,and had surgery 6.5 weeks ago.This was mybfirst injury/surgery ever..they reaattached my quad tendon and repaired my quad.So I am still kind of recovering from that...Although I just got back in the gym this week,been released to drive and start my physical therapy..I also have been released to go back to work,light duty..Its been really hard on us,but I have got to prove to myself I can do this.Not only recover and get back to normal,but push even harder and get back onstage in June..2 shows back to back..

Goals:
To get this leg rehabbed and working normal again and be back 100%..i havent been onstage since 08,so I plan to do 2 shows back to back in june..got roughly 8 months to get right...
Training:
Gota give props to my boy Mentalflex!We came up with a hybrid system(he did),that I will be using to get rolling...
Nutrition:
Lower carb approach,except on training days..some carbs peri workout...i will probably have 1 high carb day...
I have done 6 bodybuilding shows and trained in a powerlifting gym for 5 years or so..helped work meets and help guys on meet day...bodybuilding was my life until about 2011..I put everything on hold and got my family and my life in order and that took some work..I was out of the gym and no gear really during that time..at least consistantly like it had been...so here we are 2014 and I was making a really good push and thimgs were coming together.and then boom fell off a ladder at work...so that was 8.5 weeks ago and I am back in the gym and going to use this oppurtunity to show my self I can do this and gow amazing lightnings products really are!these guys treat me like family for some reason!So this is the least I could do!any questions,comments,whatever...shoot fellas!
