I will be bulking on lightning's Dbol for the next 4 weeks!
I am sailing (gratuitously?) into my late 30s.

History:
Always a little guy, I never broke over 140 until almost 30 years old
I lifted some in college, took a long break to be an alcoholic then picked up the gym more seriously in my late 20s.
I dabbled in PL a bit, put up some decent numbers for a natural little guy, nothing spectacular but I was pleased. Even now I struggle with having the mindset that I'm still a 140 pounder
Ended up having test numbers checked a few years back and they were low (age, too much alcohol?)
Never went with the doc script, self medicated. I found just a low 125-150 weekly dose seriously amplified my gains.
Current training:
I'm doing a 10-12 week PL block right now (no plans to compete again but I still enjoying putting up bigger numbers)
After that I'll be headed to a BBing split to let the joints etc recover from the PL.
Diet:
Bulk time!
4000 cals daily right now and that number will be rising. 95f/500c/300p is the current macro lineup.
Supplements:
500 test / week
300 deca / week
40mg dbol daily
25mg asin EOD
