Hey all, I'm new to this board but I will be logging my current cycle with some new products Granabolic is carrying. Please feel free to follow along and have fun with me.

You can call this a winter bulk cycle but really I just want to GROW. As much as possible. My game plan is to use 1cc of each Super Saiyan and Parabolan eod for a total of 12 weeks and make as much progress to my physique as I can.

Product profiles below:
Super Saiyan:
Per 1cc
75mg tren ace 75mg test prop 75mg mast prop 125mg test enan
Parabolan:
Per 1cc
105mg Tren Hex
So my cycle will be about 700 test a week, 630 tren a week, and 262.5 mast a week.

I think a serious offseason is just as hard as a contest prep or cutting phase because it is NOT enjoyable force feeding 6-8 whole food CLEAN meals a day. Nobody wants to eat that much boring foods trust me lol. But that's what I plan on doing and seeing where it takes me. Going to go at it full force and I am confident I can. Anyone can take a bunch of drugs, and most people can train hard and consistently if they really like this sport(I love being in the gym), but even the most dedicated individuals often struggle with the type of diet necessary to maximize muscle growth.

Foods that I can actually enjoy and eat lots of include chicken thighs rice beans greek yogurt bananas and liquid egg whites so that's what will be on the menu.

An example day would look like this:

-8oz greek yogurt 1 cup egg whites
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans
-8oz greek yogurt 1 cup egg whites
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans
-2 cup egg whites, 2 scoop whey iso, 2 bananas(post wo shake)
-8oz chicken thighs 1 cup rice 1/2 black beans

Veggies and healthy fat sources will be added in later, gonna get used to shoveling the food down first. Those would include any greens and for fats- Mac nut oil, almonds, and avocados. Will made adjustments based on the mirror as time goes on.

If I do this day in and day out without straying from the plan I believe I can get pretty freaking big. I do not have a set time frame but I will continue until my goal is reached. But you guys have me at least for this 12 week cycle :)

Most recent pic I have is when I was at the Olympia in Vegas a few weeks back. I'm 5'6 barefoot and 200 pounds. Don't expect many weight updates because I'm a go by the mirror type of guy.

Chest and Tris/calves
Flat barbell bench- Started the bar with 135 and added 20 pounds each set until I could no longer complete 10 reps. So got like 5 sets in then did the exact same coming back down 20 pounds at a time but this time going to failure each set.

Incline press machine- 4 sets mid ROM just pumping it out to failure for exhaustion and pump
SUPER SET WITH
Flat db flys- 4 sets with an emphasis on the stretch, minimum 20 reps no matter what

Cable crossovers - 4 sets from the lowest position, minimum 15 reps
SUPER SET WITH
Bodyweight dips-4 sets, on tapered bar

Tri press down- 4 sets angled bar

One arm press down- 4 sets, grab the cable itself from top position and pressing down to your side keeping elbow as a hinge

Seated calve raise - 4 sets

Diet
-16oz greek yogurt 1 cup egg whites
-10oz chicken thigh 1.5 cup smothered potatoes*
-10oz chicken thigh 1.5 cup smothered potatoes*
-10oz chicken thigh 1.5 cup smothered potatoes*
-2 cups whole milk, 2 cups egg whites

*gold potatoes were cooked down(smothered) with onions and peppers

Didn't exactly hit my food goal for the day, but gonna keep it honest with yall no matter what. Not too bad but needs to be better. Also snuck in a few bites of my little girls popcorn at the circus lol.

The praetorian gear is completely painless which is actually surprising I was expecting some pip from the Saiyan blend but I can't even tell I pinned. Good so far.

Backside and Bi

Wide grip pull down - 6 sets, starting at 100 pounds gradually getting heavier until whole stack is used

T bar rows - 5 sets, wide grip

Seated cable row - 4 sets, close grip handle
SUPER SET WITH
Straight leg dead lift - 4 sets, overhand grip

Seated Unilateral row - 4sets, underhand grip
SUPER SET WITH
Behind the neck pull downs - 4 sets

Angled bar cable curls - 4 sets, minimum 15 reps

Hammer curl- 4 sets, 1 arm at a time, supination at top, minimum 12 reps

Diet:

Better diet today! Might have some more egg whites before bed we'll see, it's already 9 o'clock though idk if I "need" to each again. Pics below:

Diet was different but got the job done

-16oz Greek yogurt and a bagel
-8oz chicken thigh 1 cup rice
-8oz salmon 1.5 red beans and a banana (pre wo)
-3 cups egg whites 2 tbs pb and an apple (post wo)
-8oz chicken thigh 1 cup rice

Need to crank it up and aim for 6 meals a day tbh. Will start that now. Easy eating everything though.

Leg Workout:
Back squats- 6 sets, 8-12 reps, started with 135 and every 2 sets I added another plate so ended up with 315 for the final 2 sets which were deff to failure.

Leg press wide stance- 4 sets 10-15 reps
SUPER SET WITH
Leg press narrow stance- 4 sets 10-15 reps

Lying leg curls - 4 sets
SUPER SET WITH
Good mornings - 4 sets

Adductors - 4 sets, 3 second pause on the squeeze, couldn't walk after this so called it a day and went home lol

Still no PIP of any kind pinned in glutes and outer quads, again this gear is thick but completely painless.
