I wanted to start this to simply keep a log of progression. My goals are extremely high as I am an extremist and this is truly my life and my passion.
I BREATHE THIS.
I am currently in the process of acquiring my PhD and will be making a run at nationals within the next few years and am currently offseason and trying to pack on as muscle muscle tissue as possible while maintaining good conditioning.
Currently it seems as if I'm recomping dramatically.

Simple and to the point. Combined with the best training and nutritional protocols for my genetic needs, I just keep putting on muscle size and strength while maintaining a lean physique. Currently working on slowly increasing my calories to get to the point where adding in MK677 won't be such an issue with hunger.
