This is my log with Halo pharmaceutical's on board.
I'm 5'7
Started off at 200lbs, I'm a little behind on getting this log started, my apologies, but I am now 220lbs

I started my cycle about 5 weeks ago
700mg a week Test E 350
100mg EOD NPP
100mg EOD Tren A
50mg a day Anadrol 50
40mg a day DBol
100mg Test Suspension 30 minutes pre workout. On workout days only.

Halo's gear is smooth and painless and very high quality.
Shipping was extremely fast. Prices are amazing for the quality.
I hope he sticks around for a long time.

Chest and shoulders today
Chest
Pec-dec (to pre-exhaust): 3 sets of 12 reps – arch your sternum high, and on every rep, hold the contraction for 1 second.

Incline DB Press- 4 sets; 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps (all to failure – pyramid up in weight)– use whatever grip is most comfortable and that you feel most in the chest. I personally prefer my elbows pointing down at about a 45 degree angle from my body, and I hold the dumbbells about midway between a pronated (palms down) and a neutral (hammer) grip.

Incline hammer machine press- 4 sets of 12 reps.
Good range of motion, all the way up and all the way down.

Shoulders

Seated Db laterals - 3 sets of 12 reps go up to shoulder level and return under control. I personally like using wrist straps for these. Relax your traps (think of “sinking” them) to minimize their recruitment during the movement.

Bent Db lateral - 3 sets of 25 reps – again, reps under control. Use wrist straps if you like. Rest 30 seconds between sets. High reps are great on rear delts.

Machine Overhead Press – 3 sets of 8 reps Use controlled form and flex hard at the top for 1 second on all reps
 
My diet

Meal 1

2 whole eggs and 10 egg whites
4 oz dry-weight oatmeal
1 slice wholegrain toast with peanut butter
3 oz of Live Natural Yogurt
2 oz mixed berries

20 min after Meal 1:
1 serving of Anavite tablets
2g omega-3 fish oils
vitamin B complex

MEAL 2

3 oz dry-weight, wholegrain brown rice
8–9 oz fish
3 oz greens

10–15 min before Meal
1 serving digestive enzymes

MEAL 3

9–10 oz sweet potato,
8 oz ground turkey
3 oz greens
2–3 oz fresh pineapple

45 min before training:
1–1.5 scoops of SuperPump Max

15–20 min before training:
1 Scoop Amino last,
½ scoop Glycofuse
1 serving Vasotropin
1 serving Anavite (3 tablets)

During workout:
½ scoop Karbolyn

Post-workout:
1 scoop karbolyn
40–45g of Isofusion whey isolate and 1/2 scoop elite casein

10–15 min before Meal 4:
1 serving digestive enzymes

MEAL 4

9–10 oz baked potato
8oz steak, 1 whole egg
3 oz greens
MEAL 5

5–6 oz dry-weight, wholegrain rice
9 oz salmon
3 oz greens
MEAL 6

1 slice whole-grain toast
100g low-fat cottage cheese
1tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop dymatize casein
 
Back day

Back

WideGrip Pulldown – 4 sets of 15 reps use a wide, overhand grip. Squeeze at contraction for 1 second on every rep.

Db row deadstops – 4 sets of 10 reps. Regular db rows, but rest the db on the floor for a second on every rep. Work hard on these! Crank some weight.

Dumbbell Shrugs – 3 sets of 12 reps. Squeeze every rep at the top for 3 seconds.

Smashed arms today! BFR- blood flow resistance, or occlusion training.

Arms are still swole 5 hours later.
 
Leg day

Lying Leg Curls – 4 sets: 15 reps, 12 rep, 10 reps, 8 reps. Keep your feet close together, with your toes pointed (like a ballerina on tippy-toes). Get a good 1 second contraction at the top of all reps. On the last set, after the 8 reps, drop the weight in half and knock out 20 reps (this is a dropset, do the 20 right after the 8).

Leg Press – 3 sets – first set a HARD 20 reps, then keep same weight and do 2 more sets to failure.

Squats – 3 sets of 20 reps. shoulder-width stance

Dumbell Lunges – 4 sets of 10 on each leg. Do all reps on one leg, then immediately do the other leg, then rest 45 seconds, then repeat 2 more times for 3 x 10 total.

Stiff Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts: 4 sets of 10 reps – get a good stretch on all reps

Standing Calf Raises (or Calves on Leg Press) – 4 sets of 12 reps don’t bounce reps – hold stretched position for a count of one before starting next rep. Take 1 minute rest between sets.
 
Dropped the orals this week. Holding a ton of water! Stomach is bloated and painful this week. Dropping the tren and NPP on Friday. I'll be coasting on test 350 once a week until mid January. All in all, I gained 25lbs. I'll weigh again next week after water starts to come off and see where I am.

I tried a 1/2cc of test 350 SubQ. Used a 27g pin. No pain, not knot. Very smooth!

I had surgery yesterday, I'll be down for 2 weeks! Can't wait to get back in the gym!
 
First day back in the gym after the vasectomy! I felt strong! Only running Halo test 350 once a week. I feel like I'm in my script for trt.
 
Another day in the gym! Hit bi's and tri's! Rocking along with Halo test 350!
Holding my weight very well after coming off the cycle! Halo has some powerful DVD's!
