Took first shots today. Everything was smooth. My workout went well. Tricep day
close grip 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x8 405x6
tricep push down 60x20 70x10 80x10 90x10 100x10 110x10 120x10 130x10 no rest
lying dumbbell extension 35x10 40x10 45x10
40x10 30x10 20x10 no rest.

Weighed 282 lbs today. Still down from being sick but getting strength back.

Thanks brother . Im 6 foot 8 so its hard.. but i was 304 lbs. I ended up getting a blockage in my intestine.. they said it was bacteria from something i ate that inflamed my bowel.. anyway i lost 34 lbs in a week.. i think mostly gh water.. and dbol water. cause i had to stop everything.and couldnt really eat.. but the plan is to get more mass.. id like to get to 330 lbs. Then lean down with var,prop, mast, and gh in the summer.. try to be about 280 ripped. Considering im not a lean 282 right now.. thats my plan anyway brother.. as long as i can eat the food and stay in the gym. Thank you for the comments it means a lot.

Trained back today got a nice pump.
Smith machine Bent over rows 225x15x4 sets just slow and squeezing.
Took the split rope and did some pulls to my stomach leaning back on the law pull down.
130x15x4 sets
One arm lat pull down 110 lbs 5 sets of 10
4 sets lower back hypers with 15 lb. Kettle bells
2 hand bar push down for lats.. 40 lbs 3x15
Really good pump today.. still weighed 282 today which surprised me but felt much fuller. Reintroduced kalatu black tops yesterday at 6 i.u. So should make a difference.

Thank you all you guys.. im trying to make something happen.. trained biceps just now.. even tho i trained back earlier i didnt really get a bicep pump. I was bored and felt like going to the gym.. soo..
standing concentrated curls with dumbbells 20x10,40x10,60x10,75x10
standing ez bar.. close and wide alternating 175x10 4 sets super setted with dumbbell concentrated elbow on thigh seated 4 setsx8 reps.
reverse ez bar curl just had 25s on each side of a 25lb york ez bar.. 3x15 super setted with hammer curls 50lbsx15 reps per arm. 3 sets. Arm pump was rediculous. I was pretty much talking shit to my arms to get through.. i think my wife thinks i was losing it haha.

Went light considering how hard I trained tris 2 days ago. Also.. I was inclining 405x8 2 weeks ago and my buddy hands the bar out too far.. I almost drop it.. but catch it.. then on rep 5.. I feel a pop in my shoulder.. so now.. wide grip.. bench.. sort of scary.. I'm just taking it easy so I preexhausted today to make the pressing light.
I took two cable push down ropes.. tied one end. Put it on the cable fly machine one in each hand and underhand with no bend in elbow. If you haven't tried this.. your missing out. Keep arms straight as possible and fly it in with your pinky facing one another.
6 sets 20 reps with 40 on each..
Champagne press 60 lbs x15 reps 2 sets 80 lbs x15 2 sets
Decline dumbbell press.. but press toward Belly button.. 3 sets 50x15
Flat barbell bench 135x20 20 push ups directly after wait 90 seconds. 165x30 20 push ups. Wait 90 seconds 185x30 20 push ups.. wait 90 seconds. 205x37 this was my last set so I just went to failure... then 20 push ups..
Chest pump was crazy.. I loved it. If you guys have a day you just want to change it up..my try this workout.. it's fun.

Trained legs last night. Bodyweight the same.. hands and feet are completely numb from the black tops. Squatted 135x10 185x10 225x20 225x20 225x20

I didnt even count the plates i started with 400 lbs. Did sets of 10 adding 90 lbs at a time till i couldnt do it.. like 5 sets.. blow was crazy.
hamstring curls
4 sets of 10

Bodyweight 292 lbs.
 
Trained chest today
started with flys.. still doing pre exhaust work

dumbbell press 50x10 60x10 70x10 90 seconds between sets

Trained triceps today.. i cant even remember what i trained last night.. my head is killing me lol. 296 lbs today.
