Just started my second week. Oils are smooth, no pip at all. This is my second run with Orion's tren. The first time yielded amazing results and I don't expect much different this time. Will keep y'all updated as I go!

I'm doing a 3 day split.
Monday: chest, shoulders, tris

Wednesday: back, traps, bis, forearms

Friday: quads, hams, calves

My injections are every Monday and Thursday. I might up my tren to 500 mg/week this time to see what I achieve.

Protein is really high. Sources are seafood, chicken, beef, egg whites and powders. I drink a shake after every meal. I get between 450-500 gr a day.

Carbs are moderate to low. All carbs are consumed before 3 pm. Sources are Jasmine rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and sugar (post workout) 200 gr a day

Fats are from coconut oil, avocado, olive oil, dairy 90g day

How much do you weigh now ? Are you trying to gain some lean mass with this cycle ?

278.4 lbs as of this morning. And
yes I'm trying to gain lean mass. While enjoying the recomp effects of tren. I'm 6'3 15.4%

I've recently tightened my diet up trying to get back down to the 10-12% range. I'm not competing, just love how tren makes me feel and look.

Yesterday did a light back and bicep workout cause I had to take little ones to the doctor.
I focused on getting a good quick pump. I would flex in between sets and all my sets were heavy enough to get 8-10 reps with good control on the negative.

Tomorrow I'll hit legs.


Besides the gear, I'm also supplementing with:
6g citrulline malate 2:1 ratio pre
5g arginine pre
2g l-tyrosine pre
10g creatine pre
14g bcaa intra
5g creatine intra

Took today of from the gym. Looks like it little baby girl is going to be born any minute/hour. This takes priority! Will update again soon.

12 days in and my dreams are super crazy. Looks like the fun is beginning!
