10 Weeks Out - Pump Juice/Pre-Contest Log

Hey guys - I was lucky enough to receive a bottle of Pump Juice Extreme to test and seeing as I am 10 weeks out, the extra pump is always a necessity!

This will help me stay a bit more accountable as well.

Currently sitting at 172lbs, Much better conditioning than my last go around, and about 15lbs heavier. It's been 2.5 years since I competed so I am very happy with the progress I've made in that time.

I'll get some photos tossed up shortly, but in the meantime:

Day 1 of Pump Juice -
Flavor is great. Not overly sweetened, which I appreciate greatly. Mild watermelon flavor. Mixes simply. Noticed a good pump right away. Being lower carb right now I have a hard time getting a great pump, and this definitely provided the 'extreme' pump needed to perform. My biceps and hamstrings especially never get a good pump, so it was nice to feel them all swollen up.

Day 2-

Had a big drop in carbs this week from my prep coach so was very thankful for the extra pump I got from the juice! I'm not usually one to get much of a pump in biceps or hamstrings but both were cramping like hell today due to the increase in blood. Nice!
