So I'll start by saying, I've let my self go over the last two and a half years. Been working out on and off for 20 years naturally, but that's the past.

Going to use this competition as a catalyst to get the body I've always wanted. Definitely going to make big changes in the next 3 months, but the next year will be amazing.

Just starting slow with some GHRP and L-carnitine only for the first couple weeks to aid with shifting this fat. Massive change in diet, good bye beer and BBQ sausages. Lots of cardio spread out over the day and get pumping on the weights.

I'm 5' 10" 210lb and the photos tell the story on body fat.

Going good, a couple midday workouts in now. Been doing evening cardio every day, today I started fasted morning cardio.

Chicken or tuna with salad or steam veg for most meals. 2-3 pieces of fruit a day. Drinking heaps of water, I'm always thirty when ever I'm taking L-Carnitine.

I'm taking oral L- Carnitine. Using the Tartrate version for the first time, to early to tell if it's working. Dosage is 600mg five times a day.
 
I haven't got my legs in the pictures because they ain't going to change much.

I was first at knee specialist at 13 years old with bowing legs and hurting knees. He said not to have surgery, I took that as play basketball and lift weights. By 17/18 I had bilateral high tibia osteotomy, they cut a wedge of bone out of the shin to change the alignment and take the load from the inside to outside of knee joints.

Its 20 years later and no surprise they are shot and surgeon is saying most likely replacements, due to my history. Can't have MRI due to the metal plates are too close to joint and would distort image. So the surgeon has to go in to investigate before insurance will approve cost of replacement.

Can't do squats even with just the bar, so I stand between two platforms that are about 3 foot high and just over 2 foot apart and support my weight through my arms to at least do the squat moment.

I will still be do light calf raises, very light leg extensions and very light hamstring curls just to maintain leg muscles and joint flexibility.

9 days in now, the frist 5 days didn't see much change in the mirror and I'm not weighing myself at the moment as that can be deceiving. Last 4 days I've started to see change now, due to a couple adjustments.

I've changed my L-Carnitine to 1g four times a day, moring dose is with no carbs. All other doses are with carbs to create a insulin spike to help transport the L-Carnitine.

I've also started making a cabbage dish that has always worked well in the past for me. Having it twice a day at moment.

I brown off 1kg (2.2lb) of lean mince meat (chicken or beef), then add the same weight of shredded cabbage and a half dozen crushed tomatoes. I add some water to help sweat it all down. Then add some mixed herbs and cayenne pepper for extra flavor and the health benefits.
 
1st skipped workout yesterday. Made up for it today, but still annoyed at myself. At least I got out hunting last night, it's the most enjoyable cardio. Going out again tonight.

Just waiting to get blood taken before adding in a couple of supplements. Went to my Doctor yesterday, but he won't order all the tests I want. The lab I've got do deal with here is Australia, won't let you privately order blood tests. So going to different Doctor on Monday.

Been monitoring my blood glucose and blood pressure randomly over the last week, all realy good readings.
 
I've been running a experiment the last two weeks with intranasal peptide use, after reading about it on another forum. Had a few vials of GHRP-6 to waste. Didn't buy any CJC1295 w/o dac to go with it and decided I couldn't be bothered with injecting 3 times a day, when MK-677 is available.

So I just reconstituted it with non medicated saline nasal spray at 5mg GHRP-6 in 6ml of nasal spary. Put it into a new 10ml nasal spray bottle that are available everywhere online. Each spray measured to 1/10 of a ml.

To get any affect, I had to go up to 4 sparys. With each 1/10ml spray being 83mcg and total dose 333mcg (3 times a day).

Felt that it improved my sleep and that maybe my skin is a little smoother. Light grumbling in stomach apon administration. But I have iron guts, so didn't expect much there.

Does it work? Yes, at high doses.
Do I recommend it? No, save your money.

Workouts and food intake going well. Spent two days digging holes by hand in rocky soil earlier this week, had to pound down the carbs. It was like cheat days, but still leaned out.

Had blood drawn yesterday, can't wait to see results. First time having hormone levels checked (never taken AAS, SARM's or Pro Hormones before), will post up results early next week. Had to order 10 separate tests;

EUC.
Full Blood count.
Glucose fasting.
Lipids profile.
Liver function.
Tsh.
Free and total testosterone.
IGF-1.
LH and FSH.
Oestrogen.

Going to be starting MK-677 tomorrow at 12.5mg a day for the next 60 days. Then will be adding in YK-11 in a few days, will go into that in next post.

Today's meals were;

Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 banana and a large chicken breast.
Lunch - cabbage and beef mince dish (450g) and a apple.
Tea - 2 southern blue whiting fillets with steam veg.
 
Are you using 5 mls of sythentine 4 times a day? I am fucken jealous ha. Keep plugin away man!

I wish, I'm using oral L-Carnitine. That's why such high dose split over the day. Will definitely try Synthetine in the future to compare, but I already know synthetine is a lot better from so many other people's experiences.

Totally makes sense. I am pretty new to l carnitine in general. I worked at a max muscle for a few years, we sold the shit out of that stuff.
 
Been on MK-677 for 6 days now at 12.5mg a day, taken before bed. Definitely got some bloating from it, felt like I went backwards. Not getting any strong side affects at this dose, will probably up dose at the 10 day mark.

Started YK-11 3 days ago at 5mg in the morning and again in the evening. Slightly raised resting heart beat for a few hours after taking and increased hunger, give it some time before I comment more. Taking Liv52, Milk Thistle and NAC for some protection. Also taking DAA, Tribulus and ZMA until next blood test. Really just waiting to see if YK-11 shuts me down before adding testosterone suspension to quickly restore levels, if required.

Meal prep is running smoothly and I'm always making sure I have cooked chicken fillets in fridge, for quick protein snacks. I'm not big on protein shakes, maybe a couple a week if I'm low on meat supplies.
 
Upped the MK-677 to 25mg a day for a couple days, but didn't notice any difference. So decided to go back to 12.5mg a day, so I can run it longer. Have gone from taking it at night, too taking it around 9am in the morning. Finding better sleep doing it that way.

Yk-11 is going ok. Didn't notice much taking 5mg am and 5mg pm, about 8 hours apart and my workout was about 4 hours after am dose. Now I'm running just 5mg a day, at 30 minutes pre workout. Seem to get a great pump doing it this way.

With 7 weeks to go of the competition, I just got notification of knee surgery in 6 weeks time. Going to stay on MK-677 and YK-11 for 4 more weeks, that gives me time to get follow up blood tests before operation. But won't be able to take it to the next level for the home stretch.

Going to keep lifting and eating good, so this is not giving up. Will keep updating log over the weeks and hopefully still make great changes by the end of competition.
 
Kind of forgot about my log. Had some things come up in life that I had to put first. Came off YK weeks ago and MK 10 days ago, wasn't impressed with the YK-11. Knee surgery has been canceled and I'm just waiting to go back for follow up blood tests, before I start a proper testosterone cycle.

I basically look the same. A little more pumped in the arms, but lost no fat. Really struggled with my food intake, cold weather and a very sick dog that will only eat BBQ. On a longer plan now of November as a personal goal.
