I don't have pictures yet, but wanted to go ahead and start the log. I need all the help I can get. Been fat my entire life. Looking for a permanent change and not the roller coaster of losing it then gaining it back.

Diet is going to start off at 55g Protein, 30g Carbs and 15g Fat for five meals, and the 6th meal will be 55g Protein and 15g of fat. No carbs in last meal of the day.

Workout will be 5 days of lifting with 4 cardio sessions. I will have 2 off days per week.
 
New workout last night. Started off with legs

Standing Calf Raises-5 sets
Lying Leg Curls-4 sets Pyramid 15,12,10,8
Leg Extension-3 sets of 10
Squats-Sets of 8 reps
Lunges-2 sets of 20 on each leg
Stiff Leg Dead lifts-4 sets of 10

It was more volume than I am used to and I am feeling it today. Diet was spot on.
 
After looking at everybody's log...I feel like I should add some supplements in order to compete. Hahaha But, I have got to get some weight off before I think about that. Don't want to risk my health.
 
Hit chest/minor shoulders and triceps yesterday

Incline DB--4 sets 12,10,8,6
Incline Bench--8 sets of 6 reps--1:00 minute rest
Stretch push ups--3 sets to failure
DB Side Lateral--8 sets of 8 reps--45 second rest
Tricep rope pushdown-8 sets of 10 reps

Diet was spot on again.

Feeling better already. Don't have that bloated feeling.
 
Last two days have been great workouts. Today I have hamstrings and glutes and some cardio

I can feel that I have lost weight. My body feels a lot better since the right foods are going in my body.

I may not win this contest in the end. But at the end of this contest, I will look better.

Currently eating 55gPro/20gCarbs/15Fats for 5 meals. Last meal is 55GPro/15Fats

Your typical food. Chicken, Lean Steak, Oats, Rice, Veggies, Nuts and Natural Peanut Butter
 
Well got all moved into the hotel last night. Going to be there until May 15th while our house is being remodeled. Should be interesting to say the least. Its just me and the wife, as the kids are staying with friends and grand parents. We will see them once during the week and on the weekends, but they just couldn't stand living in a hotel room for 5 weeks.

Diet and Workouts were great this weekend, plus I got the benefit of packing and loading up our stuff.
 
Well hotel life is not the greatest at all. Very small refrigerator to keep food in. I'm following my meals and getting my workouts in. Cardio is going good. Probably going to keep upping the cardio each week. I can definately tell though I need to up the supplements to compete in this competition, but ultimately I am going to lose some more weight before I jump on higher doses or any other AAS other than my TRT test dose.

Hope everyone is doing great and sticking with the competition.
 
Training was good last night. My son(16) wanted to test his bench max since he is maxing out next week in football. So we got through about 3/4 of our scheduled workout and I said lets go try it out. I figured since he was doing it, I might as well test myself out. I was really kind of happy with where I ended up. I have not bench pressed in over a year. Was completely out of the gym eating and drinking like crazy for about 9 months. I ended up getting 315 for 3 reps. So I was ecstatic about it. The most I have ever gotten is 455 for 1 rep and that was a couple years back.
 
Well I must be gaining some muscle because the scale is going up, but what I am seeing in the mirror the body is changing in a good way. Hopefully I can get the scale to start moving down along with the body changing. Going to go NO carbs at all this week. This should be a fun week.:(
