As I have been getting more serious with my training over the past year or so, my main focus has been getting stronger, as I am interested in powerlifting! I don't have the best willpower when it comes to eating and food, so my diet hasn't always been 100% perfect. Having a log on here will be my motivation to gain some more muscle, be stronger, and get lean!
I am currently 28 and weigh 150lbs.
Natabolic and I train together, so I am also currently doing DC style training. Eating roughly 1700-1800 calories on training days, and 1400-1600 on off/cardio days
