Hi all! Decided I'd start a log for entertainment purposes and also to hold myself accountable over the next few months.
I recently placed 2nd in heavys at Pittsburgh Championships and decided I'd actually put my national qualification to use this year. This was only my second show and I was happy with the package I brought. Sights are tentatively set on Jr USAs for 2017.
Anyway, I'm currently 5 weeks into "offseason" (I hate the word) and things are going very well. I'm not a huge numbers guy, I think scale weight means nothing if you're sloppy. Keeping a leaner body composition throughout the offseason is my most paramount goal.
Currently on test e, EQ, hgh and humalog (used only on back and leg day). All gear and hgh I go through LeeHGH for. Very happy with not only the products but his service and communication are second to none.
Diet I'll go into more detail later, but I'm currently carb cycling. My 2 high days are my insulin days, which again are only on back and leg training days. High days are about 700g carbs, 50-80g fat and 350g protein.
Training split I will cover in a later post as well.
Stats: 6'1, 257lbs, 23 years of age
