Hi all! Decided I'd start a log for entertainment purposes and also to hold myself accountable over the next few months.

I recently placed 2nd in heavys at Pittsburgh Championships and decided I'd actually put my national qualification to use this year. This was only my second show and I was happy with the package I brought. Sights are tentatively set on Jr USAs for 2017.

Anyway, I'm currently 5 weeks into "offseason" (I hate the word) and things are going very well. I'm not a huge numbers guy, I think scale weight means nothing if you're sloppy. Keeping a leaner body composition throughout the offseason is my most paramount goal.

Currently on test e, EQ, hgh and humalog (used only on back and leg day). All gear and hgh I go through LeeHGH for. Very happy with not only the products but his service and communication are second to none.

Diet I'll go into more detail later, but I'm currently carb cycling. My 2 high days are my insulin days, which again are only on back and leg training days. High days are about 700g carbs, 50-80g fat and 350g protein.

Training split I will cover in a later post as well.

Stats: 6'1, 257lbs, 23 years of age

I will attach some up to date pictures.

Let's get this thing underway!

Goal this offseason really is to just put on more size so I can be a super
Heavy. My weakest bodypart is my legs though, so there is an emphasis on them. Looking to add 15lbs or so before Jr USAs.

For Pitt I came in at 225.2lbs.

Today is shoulders/tris day. Workout is as follows:

Seated side lateral:
2-3 warm up sets
4 sets of 8 reps STRICT
*** after each set do 15 partials out of the bottom

Rear delt destroyer set:
1 warm up set
1 set 60 rep doing DB swings
Drop weight in half and do another 30 reps
drop weight in half and do 15 full reps

Machine shoulder press:
Do sets of 8 until you reach a hard 8 reps; do 3 sets at this weight

V-bar push downs
2 warm up sets
4 sets of 12, flexing for 1 second at bottom

Incline skull crushers
4 sets of 15 here; nothing fancy, just flex hard at top and pause 1 second at bottom of rep. 30 seconds rest between sets

Dips
3 sets of 8 with heavy weight here, be sure to do a 3 second negative on each rep

Arm day today! Workout is as follows:

Bb curls- 4x6-10
Rope pushdown- 4x6-10
Hammer curls- 4x6-10
Skullcrusher- 4x6-10
Reverse curl- 4x8-12
Dip machine- 4x8-12


Nothing fancy here. This will be followed by 15min of hard cardio on the bike.

Today is a lower carb day. Won't exceed 250g carbs today.

Smith shoulder press- 4x6-10
Rear delt fly- 4x8-12
Db lateral raises- 4x8-12
Front raises- 4x8-12
Shrugs- 4x15


Still hovering around 255lbs in the am with good conditioning. I'll be getting pics Sunday morning for my coach so he can make the necessary adjustments.

I will post my current diet shortly.

Some notes:

- LeeHGH green tops are fantastic...never been so lean at this weight. Sleep is great.

-Insulin is being taken out and MK-677 is being added in to try and break a weight plateau.

-Calories are being bumped for the next 4 weeks or so.
 
Current diet

Meal 1:
1 cup egg whites
4 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
6oz chicken
1.5 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 tbsp avocado oil

Meal 3:
6oz red meat (sirloin or 93/7 ground beef)
1.5 cup cooked rice

Meal 4: **pre workout meal**
1/2 cup cream of rice (dry measure)
1 tbsp natural PB
50g whey isolate
1 piece of fruit

INTRA: 20g BCAA + 10g Glutamine + 50g HBCD

Meal 5: **post workout meal**
6oz chicken or lean ground turkey
1.5 cups cooked jasmine rice

meal 6:
6oz red meat
veggies (as much as you want)
 
how is the aas treating you?
 
Off day today. Lowering carbs and doing cardio only today.

Weight is increasing but at a slower rate. Strength is also steadily increasing. Calories might be bumped up after this week.
 
What dosages are you running from lee for each item ?
Also how long have you been on them
How long on the hgh? Have you done any bloods yet ?

Just curious.. Thinking about snagging some greens off him for my first run this fall..

750 test e, 600 EQ and 5iu hgh. It's been about 6 weeks now for all.

I've yet to get bloods but will do so soon. The greens are awesome!
