CLEN AND T3 LOG (SAFINOV)

Currently doing a little t3 and clen cut from one of the sponsors here.

Not saying who as I don't want any affiliations.


Going to dose accordingly.

25mcg t3 daily

60mcg of clen daily for 2 weeks

Drop the clen and carry on with 50mcg of t3 for 2 weeks

Then taper off.

Starting stats 6.4 weight 245lbs. bf 15%

Looking for around a 2% drop in bf.
