Goal is to maintain leanness as much as possible while improving muscle density, thickness, shape, size, and strength. I am also aiming to increase my ability on the main 3 lifts: bench, squat and deadlift.

My weight right now is 250

Bench 405 x 10 touching chest no spot
Squat 495 x 8 below parallel
Deadlift 585 x 2 from the floor

I like those doses. I would run that cycle but without dbol because my liver does not like it.

I'm at 275 now! and still not even halfway through the plan!

Strength gains keep increasing

Goal is another 10 lbs of quality mass at least

Calories are getting up too. You must know that ANY CYCLE WITHOUT PROPER NUTRITION WILL NOT PRODUCE QUALITY RESULTS

I am currently eating
(Split over 7 meals)
500g of protein per day
500g carbs per day
60g fats per day

My strength is through the roof!
I got 315 for 8 on barbell military press! 500 for 10 on squats. 405 for 8 on incline bench. 585 for reps in dreads. I feel awesome. I added Z's anadrol for the last 4 weeks on this mass blast. My weight is at 280 ATM. :) KILLIN IT

Yes! I'm stuffed all the time.. I'm working on scheduling my meals earlier to avoid staying up so late to eat like I've been doing

I am at 525g protein
500g carbs
75g fat now

I have a cheat meal about 4 times a week too with calories higher. I still try to get the same protein and carbs at least with those meals..

I must say I do feel bloated slightly but I'm very strong

I'm getting excited for after the new year when I can get shredded again!
