Well day 2 is in the books and I am still making small adjustments to my 3500 calorie diet. I have switched up my carbs for pre and post workout from red potatoes to grits just to see what happens and how my body reacts. Had a great shoulder workout . Have started to use the higher rep range (10-12) so I can really focus on form and how the muscle is reacting. Great workout today and very excited for this journey.
