Hello Pro muscle

Not posted in a very long time, but im logging my contest prep this time round and I want to see how things progress so I can look back and see how to tweak it next time around.

So here is stats so far

Height: 6'1
Weight: 274lb upon waking
Age: 23

15 weeks of prep this time round, so starting very high carbs, I have a friend of mine prepping me for this comp, he also posts on here from Ironman2010 I think was his name.

So here is diet on training days

M1: 6 Egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 100g Oats

M2: 190g (raw weight) chicken breast, 1 tbsp. avacado oil, 150g (cooked weight) Jasmine rice

M3: 190g (raw weight) chicken breast, 1 tbsp. avacado oil, 200g (cooked weight) Jasmine rice

M4: 220g (raw weight) beef mince 90/10, 300g (cooked weight) Jasmine rice, 30g raisins

PWO: 220g (raw weight) Chicken breast, 200ml Unsweetened almond milk, 150g Coco pops cereal

M6: 190g Chicken breast, 200g (raw weight) Potato

M7: (if working late) 30g whey isolate

- I'll use seasonings and low sugar sauces on my food to start off which will be tapered off in last few weeks if im lagging
- No cheat meals or re feeds untill im told to do so :)


Training split is as follows
Mon: Pull
Tue: Legs
Weds: Off
Thurs: Push
Fri: Pull
Sat: Legs
Sun Off

Cardio at 30 mins daily

Gear
600mg Test cyp weekly
50mg Dbol Daily
20mg Nolva Daily
30mg Yohimbine Daily (start this mid week as its not arrived yet)

Supps are: 3.5ml Syntheselen daily, multi vit, vit c, curcumin

Update :)

Started hygetropin on monday, 5 IU per day and 500mcg HGH Frag pre workout

Never used GH before so this should be good.

Cardio at 35 mins daily is nice, I just go for a fast walk around the woods near my house, get 18 mins down the road then turn back home.

I don't mind doing lots of cardio daily as long as food stays high so doing 90+ mins daily is fine by me, hopefully I can get lean without doing THAT much though!

Not doing Dbol now as my appetite is a bit rubbish starting off and it will just make it worse.

So gear is just

600mg test
20mg nolva
5 iu gh
10mg yohimbine (when it bloody arrives!)

Will weigh in on sunday morn.

Hi matey, yeah it is quite a bit but I doubt it will go up at all for a long time, im doing what I'm being told to do though.

I'd much rather do more cardio than eat fuck all. I loves me my food :)
 
Right update :)

Down 6lbs this week

Went from 274lb to 268lb

Feel a bit run down and tired, but thats mainly my shift work im doing at the moment, not really experienced mega hunger yet, but I assume thats coming soon.

Increasing my GH to 10 iu 5 x week next week, but this is only to use it up, then im going to swap to pharma GH further down the line, probably 3-4 iu humatrope.

Diet doesn't change at all except for my post workout meal, i've swapped the coco pops for 2 bagels and 3 tbsp. raspberry jam as coco pops with naff all milk are a chore to eat.

Exactly the same carb intake though.

Here is a progress pic this week, fuck all change really, won't notice anything major untill I get down to 255 I think, I competed at 235lb at my heaviest, so I assume this year i'll be 240ish hopefully.

We will see.

Update

No weigh in yet as im using the scales at the gym once weekly, I think over doing the weighing yourself thingy can get silly after a while.

Still not hungry but getting much leaner, think i'll be 264lb on sunday most likely

had no slin pins for GH so i've missed 2 days this week, so doing 10 iu daily untill sunday then starting back on it properly on monday

not really craving anything yet, I think first cheat meal will be a GBK burger though, my girlfriend wants to go out for dinner when im allowed first cheat.

I've got some DNP i'll be using halfway through this prep as well so that should be fun giving that a go.

Gear wise Im doing this currently

600 cyp
300 primo
20 nolva
20 yohimbine

Will be adding in arimidex towards the end

Really want to put some tren in soon though,

Training wise I had an awesome Push workout on monday, went to hit legs yesterday and did this

Leg extensions
3 sets of 15 reps (increased weight each time, just a warm up really)

Squats
60kg x 15
100kg x 12
140kg x 10
180kg x 8
200kg x 3

Leg press
6plates x 20
8 plates x 20
12 plates x 20 - DROP - 8 plates x 20 - DROP - 6 plates x 20

Standing leg curl
15kg x 20
30kg x 20
75kg x 12

Lost energy towards the end, i'll hit legs again on friday or saturday and start with hammstrings, i'll do 3 hammstring exercises then finish with squats and do much lighter but high reps, my legs grow like weeds, so I do have to be careful not to completely overdo them and make my uppper body look even smaller.

Part of me wants to slam them hard and go full Tom platz mode :cool:

Not weighed in yet, gonna weigh in on sunday

Feel good about how im looking definitly seem to have got a bit of shape back in arms and delts.

No real changes to the plan, was a bit sick today for a few hours, didn't throw up but had to go and sit on the bog, gas galore :eek:

appetite still isn't the greatest, im sure it will pick up soon enough, but its taking its bloody time!
 
263lb upon waking, down 5lbs this week

No changes to the plan as weight is still coming off nicely

Humatrope starts tomorrow at 2.4 iu daily 5 x weekly for 3 weeks then i'll increase it depending on funds.

Hygetropin was giving my lumps, I might still use it and just pin it in my quads instead as I.M. it hurts less.

Okay looking at these pictures im going on the sunbeds tomorrow and im gonna do a full vial of melanotan over a week and hopefully be as black as the ace of spades.

Can't be a pale ghost on a prep!
 
First cheat meal on Sunday, not sure what im having but going out with clients after they've competed on Sunday.

Back training at my old gym, its closer so less distance to walk and they have a stairmaster for later on down the line in the prep.

Gear is still the same this week.

Pre workout meal has been changed to the following

100g Oats
50g whey
20g peanut butter

Im coming down very quickly this week especially since i've put humatrope in these last 2 days.

Honestly think legit GH is the fucking bomb for fat loss.

If this keeps up I won't need to change my diet at all the whole way through.

hopefully I can bump my gh dose up soon, i'd love to use 4-5 iu humatrope daily

Bet i'll be down anpther 3-4lbs by saturday morning :)

I also take a walk outside my house, being a country boy taking a walk as the sun comes up gets my juices flowing and makes the cardio enjoyable as I can think with a clear mind. Great log you are making great progress I will be staying tuned!

Only down 2lb this week, but i did use different scales at the gym i'm going to now and I think they are a little bit off.

I definitley look tighter.

Cardio has increased to 40 mins daily.

No more extra drugs on anything yet though, food is still the same.

Gonna do a little extra volume this week, training back tonight so going to go a little lighter as to not fuck up my arm (bit of a tendon pain, been told its overuse by my physio)
