Didn't train yesterday. My upper back was sore beyond belief. Yates Rows had a part to play but, I think there's more to it. Also, I slept for around 19 hours yesterday. Just beat down right now.

Between my weight sliding down, slee) being sleepy and the soreness the last week, I don't think I'm getting enough calories. Note much else to it.

Good session today. Still piling on weight to the bar which I'm very happy about. I believe the leg press pr was due to squatting again. The reps were deep and controlled too. No half reps bouncing at the bottom.

I've been offered a very cool opportunity with a sponsor to do some extensive testing on a product dq doesn't carry. It'll be a God send during my blast and if it's as legit as described, an awesome addition to the sponsors current line. More on that when things are set in stone.

Not this year. I needed at least a solid year to grow some. I've been pushing calories quite a bit since my show seems haven't gotten in to bad shape but, still shooting for that 255 mark.

Bloodwork pulled this morning. Interested to see where everything is. Very little ai during this cruise. Unknown gh quality. Thick blood possibly. Might have results Saturday.

5'10.

This layout will produce results without question if I do my part. The insulin is new to me, only ran it for the first time a few weeks ago to figure out doses, so that will be the only thing I'm unsure of.

Should be fun 😉

I agree, all about consistency.

And how did that work out for you? I have yet to do gh/slin, but plan on it in the future.

Ummmm not bad I guess but, I didn't get a whole lot of time to use it.

I was in a training cruise so, for 2 weeks I only trained 2 days a week. Those first 2 weeks i worked doses up to 10iu with 3 shakes with 50g carbs each using mutants protocol. Didn't have any issues.

After I hit 10iu, I used the next week, a normal 4 day training week, to adjust carbs down in one shake by 5g each session. On day 1, shake one had 45g, shake 2 50, shake 3 50. Day 2, 45,45,50. Day 3 40,45,50. Day 4 40,40,50.

That's where I stopped. I didn't change eaa amounts in the first 2 shakes since that can have an effect on insulin along with the carbs.

That week I felt very full and pumps were good but, it was only a week of typical insulin use I guess you could say.

I'll throw it back in around week 4-5 probably.

Off today. Chest is pretty sore too.

Doing some prep before work. Picked up NY Strip for 4 bucks a lb. It's a little too much fat for what I'm shooting for but, at that price I couldn't pass it up. I'll just trim the fat best I can.

Also picked up more chicken from the local butcher. I dunno what they are feeding these things but the breasts are HUGE.

Couple meals for today.

10oz strip with 1.5c zucchini
10oz chicken, 1c jasmine rice, 1.5c zucchini
