i rotate between heavy barbell shrugs and heavy DB shrugs and utilize drop sets every time I do them.

Update:

Juice: still the same. I'm bumping it up after blood work and it's going to be a true bulk

Diet: I been working a lot so calorie has been high but no idea how much calories I'm consuming. Only thing I know it's over 3000 calories

Cardio: I decreased it to 20 min a day, slowly I'll be cutting it down to 20 min 2-3x times a week

Update on cycle and gear:
I just popped a new vial of test C.
Libido is great.
Proviron did increase my load during ejaculation. I'm so happy about that. Tren left me with 1 sperm I think.. my load was non existent
I been noticing some NPP joint relief that I been doing more heavy movements now.

my training split:

To be posted. I need to change it. I been doing chest and shoulders and I feel like it's too taxing on my CNS and I'm not giving them much attention.

Shoulders will be once a week.
Chest twice a week as it's my weak area

So doing legs twice a week is aggravating my sciatica so I'm going to do Quads just once a week and Hams on the other day. emphasizing on heavy squats and front squats on quad day.

also doing shoulders with chest is too taxing. I feel like I'm either neglecting either one so no more of that either

my split is changing.

New Split:
Monday: Back/Biceps
Tuesday: Chest/triceps
Wednesday: Quads
Thursday: Shoulders/Biceps
Friday: Chest/triceps
Saturday: Hamstrings

you always have to experiment and see what works for you

**Drawing blood this week. Already purchased the lab form.

One thing I noticed is when I'm on my super clean diet and Tren E , my elbow and tendinitis pain disappears.

Now all the pain is back.

This may sound stupid but carbohydrates are inflammatory by nature. I have a a sensitivity or at least a gluten allergy that causes me joint issues.....only when bulking and thats when I drop my typical keto diet. May be worth a try experimenting. Idk though man its just what I've noticed for myself. Anyway, you look good bro keep up the good work.

Update:
I got sick this last week. I didn't know the flu was still going around; I guess I'm the unlucky ones.
But I only missed one day from the gym; no more! nothing can stop me.

Juice: test @600, [email protected]

Cardio:0

Diet:
I been eating lots of pop tarts and bagels for carbs
and relying on whey protein and liquid egg whites with flavored creamer for protein.

my appetite isn't as before when after my show. It's declining so anything easy to eat is my go to now.
I been utilizing junk food few times a week for the calories
