osta gain thoughts and short review

after running a 25 day test cycle of ostagain i will provide some thoughts


days 1-4 12mg every morning

days 5-18 18mg every morning

days 19-22 25mg every morning

day 23 - 21mg

day 24 - 14mg

day 25 - 7mg

weeks are 5 days

week 1 : more sweating, sweat like hell, strength goes down, no improvement in explosive power
week 2: acne breakout, can no longer delay showering right after the gym or else it will attack my back significantly, no improvement in explosive power
week 3: strength seems to be back to baseline , noticeable pumps, explosive power still feels down
week 4: strength begins to get strong, 7 pr's in 9 sessions in the squat rack, ridiculous pumps, balls begin to feel softer and smaller, sex drive is the same, no improvement in explosive power though the slower movements are much improved
week 5: strength is still ridiculous, explosive power seems the same as before, strength is still up, sex drive is still strong, balls feel better

I dunno. jurys out on it.

ill let you know how my strength goes in the following weeks.

im on 12-15 mg just over a week now and im starting to feel a little weird sentaation in my balls.. they do feel diff but not so much smaller... we will see where this goes.. are you going to run a pct just in case?

Its weird that your strength went down at first. I'm actually useing mk 2866 during my pct. Lol maybe I will have to do a pct for my pct. I know its not very scientific but I will say my balls are already on their way back to original size and I'm only about a week into pct.

everything is working fine with the boys now. i think they were just getting mildly supressed. it would make sense if the ostarine was really working, as it will produce a closed loop response and mess with the hpta some if it's really worth a damn .

my 'slow strength' increased significantly but my 'fast strength' just wasn't really there.

i may experiment again in 60 days.

i'm not taking anything for pct other than d aspartic acid and some coral calcium

almost done with the first week off and i still managed to make two lifetime personal bests today, one of them in a squat.

i feel soft and puffy though, and my balls actually seem slightly smaller today.

i think i'm going to order some clomi and/or nolva and give that a run, a long with blood work.

what strength and/or dosages would people recommend, and for how long ?
