Hi Guys.

Start my follistatin on tuesday.

I have been on 300mg test cyp a week for last 4weeks.

PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENT
which outlays my plans for the next 10weeks.

I will be doing pictures, diet etc all in here. I have 2mg follistatin to try.

People may say, but your running other stuff to...yeah i am, however...the prop, ace etc will take a good week - 10days to kick in properly...so i thought by using the follistatin first...this will give me a good indication of exactly how it works.

I am open to criticism, very much so.

I am running aromasin to control estrogen, prami as a dopamine agonist as im sensitive to tren and also toremefine to make sure i get no problems from it.

I did have a gyno op back in february this year from pubertal gyno and the doctor removed the GLAND FULLY...well she shaved as close as possible to remove all the gland.

Diet Wise...

I will be shooting for 400g protein a day, 300-400g carbs and 100g good fats.

Staples in my diet are grass fed beef, chicken, raw milk and eggs.

Carbs will be mainly from fruit...with a few oats also.

I will also having 30g BCAA's Ajipure quality from TrueProtein along with creatine, taurine and beta alanine throughout my workout.

On non training days...what do people think to having 15g BCAA's first thing in a morning?

Do people think the anadrol is necessary....or would you not use it?

Im 6ft 1 and about 220lbs....not very lean atm...diet hasnt been great since i have been back training about 8weeks or so..its had enough protein, but i have still been eating sh!t too...so all this will change as i become strict from Tuesday.

Lastly....i still have 40iu HGH spare from a mate who didnt want it...so would it be worth adding in 2iu a day just for 20days...or would you simply not use it?

Sorry its a bit of a long post, but im looking forward to this!

Honestly I like gh, I would run an iu prebed till you run out or order more. I love the look I get and the quality ouf life improvements I get.

My one suggestion is with the folli pack extra food each day.

This is roughly what my diet will look like on Training Days.

Yes...there are a few shakes..but that is due to work, so I do the best I can for my situation.

Training Days.

6.45 am – 100mcg GHRP2 and 50mcg Mod Grf + Vitamins
7.15am – 20g Whey Isolate + 50g oats, 5g Creatine. 280g Chicken Breast + 4 whole eggs + 1 bananas
10am – 70g Whey, 50g Oats and a an apple. 14g Ground almonds + 3g Fish Oil
12.00pm – 100mcg GHRP2 and 50mcg Mod Grf
12.30pm – 250g Grass Fed Beef, veg, 2 bananas
3.00pm – 2 Tins Tuna, 14g almonds, 1tbsp olive oil + 2 apples + 1 banana
5..30 pm – 100mcg GHRP2 and 50mcg Mod Grf
6.00pm – 70g Whey, 14g almonds, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 apples + 50g oats + 3g fish oil
Train from 7.00pm – 7.45pm. (drink 15g BCAA’s during training)
8.00pm – 70g Whey isolate, 15g bcaa’s, 5g creatine + 70g Vitargo
9..30 pm – 100mcg GHRP2 and 50mcg Mod Grf + Vitamins
10.00pm – 2 Tina Tuna, 500ml Raw Milk + 1 apple

There is alot of fruit...like what Phil advocates...when i tried lots of fruit before, i deffo got leaner and felt better. Plus all the antioxidants etc in there are beneficial.

What do people think?

I noticed in your other post that you would be eating when hungry at specific macros.

Are you still planning on doing this, or will you make sure you hit the numbers diet wise you listed above?

**EDIT**

I posted this before your last post came up. I would keep the ratios that Phil has set for you....but still eat only when you were hungry.

As everything starts to kick in, you wil see that frequency increase anyways....especially with the appetite increase people seem to get from folli.

These are rough guidlines..however day after legs ill certainly be eating more than the above

perhaps a little bloat, and definitely a huge lighting difference.

Ok...so diet went as planned.
Smashed training too!

Feeling awesome to be honest!

Cant tell much yet but i definitely feel great!
 
Diet going to plan, smashed training tonight too..

I cant say exactly what...but something is deffo happening..i look bigger already and am feeling great. Deffo stronger tonight then i was in my last back session.

Only day 3 for me! But something is definitely working...and im loving it.

I feel pumped for hours!

Are you not eating? Why do you need to refeed? If you are hungry your body is telling you something right?

I don't belueve being on folli is a reason to ignore yourcbody. I got leaner from yesterday to today. I ate the following:
6 whoke eggs6 whites
1 cup oatmeal

8oz chick
White rice

I ate that two more times also.
Pre workout
My normal drink

Post
75grams protein
_tbsp lbas
50 grams carb mix

Dinner
1lb steak
2 cups veggies

Pre bed
6eggwhites
Lbas
Casein

Throughout the day I also ate the folowing just cant remember where:
2 greek yogurts
2 apples
1 pear
God knows how many almond

Give your body the right things when it asks for it, and it will respond accordingly.
