Hey guys new to the forum thought id introduce myself. Im soldierdavis, been in the game for over three years now,and although im new to this forum ive been a member at steroidworld for a couple yrs thought id give this board a shot. Im 165lbs, 7% BF and my favorite exercise is bench press... Still learning how to navigate this forum its a little different than what im used to but im hoping to share my knowledge and hopefully learna few things from you gentlemen here.
