Hey ProM Bro's!
So i seem to have a lot of those lil bastard's in a row now,thought i'd do a log so at least i could look back and see if it's all working!I think i'll cover the major topics on each a post of its own to start out; food&supps, anabolics, training. Hopefully it'll be fun and may even be helpfull to someone!I will begin working on the first few posts tonight,and i have 'before'-pics,even 'way before'-pics from a few months ago that i'll post too. Any critique or advice along the way is WELCOME and appreciated! Thanks ProM for letting me post!

Diet

6am 2cups EggWhites
2cups oats
3tbsp hi-lig. flax oil
1 small banana

9am 8oz chicken brst.,1tbsp.BBQ sc
1 1/2 cups oats
3oz. walnuts

12pm 8oz chicken brst,1tbspBBQ sc
1 1/2 cups oats
3oz. walnuts

3pm 1 1/2 cups Egg whites OR 50g whey Pre-w/o Meal
1 cup(cooked 47g carbs) white rice,1tbsp soy sc

4pm LBA's(3tbsp) and Waxymaize(35g)
4:30pm -W/O- 50g waxymaize Intra-
5:15pm 50g whey isolate, 2tbsp LBA's, 50g waxymaize

6pm 2 cups egg whites
8oz baked potato
1cup oats

8:30pm 8oz ground beef(93/7%) on Foreman
1 1/2 cups oats

11:30pm 8oz ground beef(93/7%)
1 cup oats

3am 2 cups eggwhites
3tbsp flax oil

**On the weekends, i will eat steak and fish at least twice each(as i rest my legs after sat. morning torture session,and during the week, I will substitute an evening home-meal for a restaurant steak and potato dinner(usually sirloin or filet mignon).
***My original target for calories was 5500. I think this covers it without much of the fats(flax oil,walnuts). So any extra fruit or nuts i eat will bump up the calories that much more.I guess the count stays between 5500 and 7000 calories per day.This is the only way i am able to grow.

Ok bro's, i will be following this protocol for several months:

CJC 1295(no DAC) - 100mcg 3/day
Ghrp 6 - 200mcg 3/day
HGH - 2i.u. ED (will bump to 4i.u. when using it pre-w/o)
IGF DES - 140mcg Pre-w/o,split bi-lat,into muscles trained)

If anabolics were legal in my area,i would use:

Test Cyp. - 600mg/week
Boldenone Undecyclinate - 400mg/week

These are the base elements of my protocol.I would switch the test cyp. with test enanthate every 6 weeks.I will also cycle OFF the igf DES every 4 weeks,4 on then 4 off. During the off month of DES, I will move the HGH up to pre-workout,and increase the dose to 4i.u.

These are my basic food supplements:

Waxy maize - 35g Pre-w/o, 60g post-w/o
CarboForce - 1 drink Intra-w/o

LBA's - 3tbsp Pre-w/o

looks good buddy, i get bloodwork results back this week and if everything comes back good, i will be hitting my blast the following week. My total supps will be similar to yours in hormones, but just a different spread of items.

Diet looks solid, very similar to mine but mine has the same carbs BUT less protein. We are trying this to save my kidneys from the abuse and i feel better on lesss protein.

Good start buddy, lets see those befores so we can be wow'd at the afters!=-)

Thes are some pics i have taken to get things started.One is me at 196lbs.This WAS my top weight while on my normal cycle dose of 500mg/week.This is when i started using the DES and jumped up the pounds that inspired my thread,"DES like nothing before".
The next pics are the day i started my CJC/GHRP combo and my 2i.u.GH.
The next ones are from a week into this protocol,which is currently where i'm at.

testimate proof

the pics above are the visual image that should also go along with my thread,"DES like nothing before"...the 196lb AAS top-out pic shows my back while at 196lbs...The next pic of my back is AFTER USING the DES as i stated in that thread.In my opinion,a major improvement!

The time between these pics is about a month at least from the 196lb-pic to the ducks day 1-pic. Like i said,you may wanna look at my DES thread in the other forum to read how i got from that point A to point B, cause at point B(ducks day 1) i was about 208lbs. The pounds from 196 to 208 are documented in that first post of,"DES like nothing before".

Yes i drink my whites,lol, hope it's ok cause i may take in 3 to 4 eggwhite/oats/banana/flax meals per day sometimes! I have to do this sometimes as we all get in a hurry...i still will get 50g protien and 108-oat-carbs,plus the banana carbs,and flax...i think it's a perfect meal really.

The ghrp/cjc combo i like. I noticed the ghrp6 working the first day i think. I started the ghrp6 a few days before i got started with the 1unit of GH. I felt it good at 200-250mcg per inj. 3/day....The unit of GH has not really added to the effect yet but it IS just ONE I.U. so...I will bump up the GH to 2i.u. soon and hopefully 4i.u. pre-workout,when i cycle off the DES (no,i don't wanna stop!)
So yea,it may be a little hard to measure exactly how the ghrp/cjc combo works by itself because i'm adding in REAL GH at the same time but my plan is to put on the MAXIMUM amount of muscle i can in 7-8 months,the same reason i added fats into my diet.

P.S. Just checked out at 10.4% BF on a 9 point test. Am normally 12-14% so i'm down some...again,awesome.

thanks will do. i send them "actual size" from my phone to my email then send them to 'my pictures' then upload them from there. i'll check it out tho.
--She's getting good compliments from a figure pro that we are friends with. They think she will fit this new division nicely.
