41 yrs old
11.57% bf (tested today)
5'9
217 lbs
21 years training


Current split:
Day 1: Chest, back
Day 2: Shoulders arms
Only done 1x week. This will change on Monday.

Cardio--post workout seated bicycle for 10-15 min @ 50-60% max

Pretty measley, huh?

Supps:

Starting PCT next week. Finishing a 7 month test/deca 250/250 run + 50 mg proviron ed.

As of today:
250 test e/ wk
250 deca/ wk
50 proviron ed
100 mcg T4
2 iu Elitropin dosed in he middle of the night.

Note: Been doing the Elitropins for 2 months already.

100 mg coQ10
multi
Vitamin D 10000 iu
Lysene 3000g
BCAA 3000 2X day
LBA's 2x day
Vit C 2000 mg
Reservatrol
5 mg Melatonin

Current condition:

Just started back on 6/1/11 after a year long layoff, due to serious tendonitis issues and a broken forearm.

Pics to follow in the next week.

Let me know if I missed anything.

Why should I do more? My primary goals are:
Fatloss
Better state of well-being

2ius should be fine for that if it is good hg, which this is!

Middle of night b/c of need to be in fasted state.

Also REALLY helps with sleep!

Why you taking 3g Lysine? Do you get coldsores? Too much vit d imo. I also wondered about the GH. Surely if your taking it in the middle of the night it isn't helping with your sleep the best it can. Why not just pre bed with some slow released protein. I assume thats why you get up in the night (sustaind protein through night). Sorry if it's too many questions but why don't you train legs?

Day 2 and I have a really bad sore throat. I never train when sick, so I'm taking the day off.
 
Just joined a gym right near work. Therefore added 1-2 days/wk to my schedule.

Note: Fot the past week, have had a significant increase in appetite. Not good, considering my goals. Feeling full, however.

You've been on gear for the last 7 months but only back in the gym lifting weights for 2?

in PT and didnt want to lose muscle.

Also just test/proviron trt dose for sex drive. Been seeing a couple chicks on the side:p

you cant make time to get into a gym to train legs... but you can afford the gear.. hmm...
