I am a swedish dude at age 38, have training very seriously for the last 20 years, the last 4-6 years my gain have been close to zero, i think a reached my genetic max.
Have never use any AAS and the swedish law is vary hard against AAS you can get jail even if it's for you own use.
Sarms it's still legal, so i have start use Osta-Gain to see if i can gain some more mass.
I started out with a very low dose to see how I react to the drug 5-7 mg/day (at the morning).
First tree days I have had bad headaches and a little upset stomach (some diarrhea), to day i feel a little better. Yesterday i have a back workout, and i feel like i have much more energy then normal and got good contact.
Today rest day and tomorrow shoulder and triceps.
My start weight was 214.9 lbs and today it was 219.1 lbs, but this can go down again tomorrow. Have more carbs on wotkout days.
