welll just competed in a big bodybuilding show around 5 days ago flew back home and got back on the shit, my girlfriend lives and goes to school at the moment out of state so i was going to visit her because she was going to do a show 4 weeks after the one we just finished and she talked me into mens physique. so im doing it for the hell of it just to have fun and be with her welll here is the experiment im running for the 4 weeks all the way to the day of the show.
take in consideration dropped test about 2.5 before before starting up again, and masteron abiut 1.5 weeks ago.
1-4 Test E 500mg a week
1-4 Masteron prop 500mg a week
1-4 Cyano (prohoromone) 40mg a day
2-4 winny 100mg a day
2-4 igf-1 DES 100mcg on workout days pre-workout( first time running it and just came in today:headbang will run this through even all the way to show day on show day mega dosing( 200-300mcg about 4x that day lol) reson why because of the way it can shuttle the carbs and achive a very strong pump
all in all just a random ass cycle, for a random ass show( was planning on bulking after first show)
deff still fuller from excess carbs, back on very strict diet, allowing about 27g carbs from oatmeal first 3 meals, for bodybuilding diet did keto i will post later today results from igf-1
