Figured I would start up a log, mainly to keep myself accountable and on track!

Nationals are 9 weeks from tomorrow. November 4&5 in Tunica, MS. Here are a few starting pics, not that it matters being a strongman haha

Btw I was 226 in those pics. I was 228.8 this morning. Prolly from mommas cinnamon rolls haha

If AAS was legal and my momma wouldn't whoop my tail for taking them, I would run 600mg Biotech Test 400 and 600mg BioTech EQ a week. But they arent. My DES will be in soon along with my humalog insulin and GHRP/CJC. And I am using 3ius Eli's ATM.

Man I would scream like a little girl if one of those bears even batted a eye at me! Lol they were ENORMOUS! We were hoping for Atlanta too... But Tunica isn't to far. Plus its at the Harrah's Casino :D

Weight was 229.4 this morning. I have a good guy doing my diet and I can see big improvements coming soon! Looking for 10-15 quality lbs, only reason I don't want more is so I can still make the 231.4 weight for nationals.

Today was chest and lats

Chest:
~DB Low Incline, to much incline puts discomfort on my shoulder

~Hammer Strength Upright Bench
~Fly Machine, really helps me when squeezing the Atlas Stones

Back:
BW Pull-Ups
Lat Pull Downs

I forgot my straps, so my bi's got blitzed before my back really did
 
Weight was still 229.4 this morning.

Hit legs lightly today, I haven't done them in 4 weeks. So didn't want to blitz them and have it affect the rest of the week.

Squats:
225x5
275x5
315x5
365x5
405x1

Leg Press:
3 plates x 20
4 plates x 20
5 plates x 20

That's per side... My legs are definitely not my strongest which I need to change. Things like yoke, farmers and stones are very much affected by leg strength.

On a side not, you can see I have Team TK Labs in my sig. After PM'ing them, they said they would like to partially sponsor me I guess you could say. I will be running their tren going into Nationals and if we like each other and like working with each other, then we will work something out. Thank you TK for this opportunity!
 
Today was a good day. My press has always been mediocre to say the least. And has really seemed to have gone to shit as of lately.

Last week I did a 230lb log, clean and press for a very rough 2 or 3 reps, I forget. This week... I did a set of 5 pretty easy with 230 and moved up to 240 and did 4 very solidly. So hopefully my press will get back where it was.

After that I did seated 6" log presses and the lateral raises to fatigue the shoulders

All in all, if I can keep progressing week to week like this I see myself doing well at nationals

Thanks bro! I love strongman! It never gets dull or boring! And as long as you eat, you can't not grow doing this

Very nice man. Is the diet going good?

This is a very interesting look at how you train for strongman, because hoenstly i know very little about it. As for the pics, you look great! Just keep the ball rolling forward, you know!
 
The diet is great, my appetite is really increasing. I think we might need to add a extra meal soon though... I'm finishing my meals kind of quick lol

It's not a pretty 300 haha he's strong, but lb for lb I am stronger. I keep trying to get him to drop to 265, but he won't stop eating tator tot casserole haha
