All right , a little more than two weeks out from the show. And I have already learned a lot about the whole process of getting ready for a show ... but like everything else in bodybuilding i am constantly learning and look forward to any advices or input anyone has.
currently my diet is as follows:
1. whey mixed with oats
2. workout
3. whey mixed with oats
4. Chicken/Turkey/Eggs with vegetables
there are at least 3-4 other meals most of which are similar to #4 and usually one of which is a protein shake......
I have been taking clen/t3/letro .... for a couple weeks and will continue up until the show.
I am a waiter and with that job I walk a lot and between that and 4-5 cardio sessions/week I am generally pretty active.
current split:
day 1: Legs
day 2: chest n abs
day 3: back n calves
day 4: delts n arms (sometimes add forearms or abs)
day 5: rest
restart at day 1
right before I started dieting i was about 298lbs and today I weighed in at 262 lbs. I know for the next show i plan out i am going to start my diet earlier and stay a bit leaner so I don't have as much to cut next time...
