so after finishing my accounting degree with a manajment major this year and going back to uni to get a HR degree next year ive decided now be the best time to prep for my bodybuilding contest

im on holidays as of now, and have the summer off (i live in australia so its summer now) so i thought this be the best time to put on the size i need before i start dieting for my show

stats
age: 21
height 5'10
bodyweight: 235 this morning
bf% u can decide

the plan:

im finishing off a blast now, it was
500mg test eth 10 weeks
400mg tren eth 10 weeks

i will be taking off 4 weeks completely before starting my next blast bulker

next blast:
750mg test cyp 10 weeks
600mg tren eth 10 weeks
synthol protocol in my biceps and triceps for the first 4 weeks of that blast

after this blast i will post pics and ask for critique on whether i should bulk one more time before my show, or start dieting, you guys on PM im sure will tell me what i need to improve on

i will be competeing as a novice, and junior, although id like to be in the heavyweight class prefferably

legs

6 sets of 45 degree leg press, 20-15 reps with 4 second negative, knees to ears deep, 24 plates pyramided down to 18 after each set
2 sets one legged lying hamstring curls, 140X15, 150X8 dropseted 110X6
3 sets leg extentions 5 second negative, 3 second postive, 100X20, 90X20, 80X20,

good pump, not lookign forward to coming off my blast :(

wasnt feeling the best since i had just slept 16 hours after a 3 day bender without sleep or food after a dance/rave event, so wasnt feeling the best nor was my brain cells all there, but felt good to get out and let loose for the first time in a long time

now back to normal life

anyways today feeling better, brains working again hahaha and got to eat some meals, pumps and energy are definetly down from my gear wearing off but still feel good

yesterday i trained legs, simple workout of 6 sets leg press, 3 extensions, 2 lying curls

arse is still sore from training legs yesterday so made t bar rowing very hard

today trained: back, abs , traps

Just looked at your pics man (you got the pastiest white cock I ever seen lol). Pretty solid all round but I think you gotta hammer your hams bro. I'm also a calves guy so these can also never be too big.

I haven't competed yet but have dieted down each year for the past couple of years for practise. I'm amazed at how catabolic the arms and chest become.

Have you dieted down before to 5-7%?

lmfao o man ive never been into monsterous calves, mine are 19 inches, right ones 18.5 laggign fuker, but i really dont care, never been into monsterous calves, ive always wanted monsterous arms (probably becoz there my hardest bodypart to grow the stubborn fukers)
