Ok guys in the past few months I finally talked myself into consulting with a trainer for some dieting tips. I soon learned I knew little to nothing about the nutrition side of body building. So, I bit the bullet and started paying a trainer. Best decision I ever made! So take a look at my diet an let me know what you think. I am currently tryin to pack some more muscle on before mid January.
Meal 1- 8 eggs 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2- 8 oz chicken, 1 cup white rice, white potatoe
Meal 3- 8 oz steak, 1 cup white rice, 1 cup green beans
Meal 4- 52 grams whey protein, 1 banana, 1 table spoon peanut butter (post workout)
Meal 5- same as meal 2 except sweet potatoe instead of white
Meal 6- same as meal 3
Meal 7- 52 grams protein one tablespoon peanut butter.
