First off, bad place for your question.

Synthelamin is the best bang for your buck when it comes to increasing appetite. There are many threads on here from members who have run Synthelamin and had great results! Here is an article regarding Synthelamin:

How is his appetite down to zero? Increased dosages lately? Is he taking orals?

There is plenty of feedback on Synthelamin around just punch it into the search
after you have checked out the article pride posted for you but I would be a
little concerned if his appetite just suddenly dropped.
