I'm running a bit of a science experiment. I'll start by saying I've been out of the gym and a proper nutrition protocol for around 6 months. I'm back at a place to dedicate to lifting. This will be 14 weeks of body re-composition

Stats:
Height: 5"11
Weight: 215
BF: 18%

I have full blood work scheduled 3 times throughout the 14 weeks to monitor everything. I'm going with some unusual protocols but I assure you everything is for a reason, and has been studied immensely.
Peptides are ran 4 weeks prior to cycle, along with diet and workouts to get my body primed.

if my math is correct the graphs should add .4 lbs a week, repeating of course ;)

I will be following though...

the workout above is for the first 4 weeks while getting primed. Through the 10 weeks the regime will be a different approach. Thanks for the sarcasm! It's what puts this board on a steady incline to popularity! :rolleyes:
