So as most of you know, I recently had a baby 8 months ago.. wow 8 months is starting to seem not so recent lol. I started back training in mid-late December getting back on track with my diet and proper training. Getting back into the swing of things wasn't so hard in the beginning because I had felt like a beached whale for 9 months, so needless to say I was ready to get my body back! Once I got my mind right and focused, I hit it full fledged! I took about a month of proper diet and training before i started supps. I will be logging my diet, workouts set by set, and pics every week to show my updated progress. my pics in the members photos tiltled "recent progress over the last 2 1/2 months" are pretty much what I look like now. I will post those pics just incase some of you do not remember or have not seen them yet.I have mantained that look, but I want more.. to be leaner, more defined, and just looking like a sexy mama of course! enjoy my daily life guys
