I am going to be running a blast for 12 weeks starting today. I have been on TRT for one year. I am prescribed 200mg Test C every week. My blast consist of the following

1-12 Test C @ 500mg (Monday/Thursday night)
1-12 Mast E @ 500mg (Monday/Thursday night)

I have all the ancillaries on hand. Prami, Fina, Arimidex and Clomid.

I am currently 243.5lbs at 22.4% BF(Bod Pod measurements). My goal is to be 220lbs and 12% by the time I am finished. Finish date is 1 week before my 35th birthday.

Diet will be 2400 calories
385g Protein
125g Carbs
40 g Fats

Workout schedule is:
Monday--Chest/Abs/Cardio
Tuesday--Back/Abs/Cario
Wednesday--Legs/Abs
Thursday--Shoulders/Traps/Abs/Cardio
Friday--Biceps/Triceps/Abs/Cardio
Saturday--Fasted cardio/lagging body parts
Sunday--Off

Cardio is 30 minutes. Typically done on Eliptical or Treadmill. Jog/Walk rotation. I am also planning to incorporate some HIIT intervals also during this blast.

I will take pics tonight and post them up tomorrow.

Hope you guys and gals will follow on and lend me advice when I need it.
 
will be following along! but you only need to work your abs about twice a week, that is plenty! abs will come with proper diet and lower body fat percentage.

Well I had to cut my Mast dose down to 450 a week. I can't fit it all in a 3cc syringe. I know I could get a 5cc but I am just going to cut it to 450. Did my first one tonight. Wife said it was thick. I use 23, but I might get me some 22 to see if that helps.
 
I think you would have been better off hiring someone to help you diet to a reasonable BF level before blasting any AAS. Good luck though, hope it works out like you want it to.
 
The majority of what I've read says mast is best saved for low bf, so I'm curious to see how this protocol will work for you. I'll be following. Stay with it and Good luck bro!

You might be right. I have already dropped 20lbs since Feb 14th though. I am also keeping my calories a 1,000 below my TDEE.

I am just going to give it everything I got and see what happens. I know I will not come out looking like a Pro after this for sure, but I think I will see a nice improvement.
 
Hit chest yesterday.

Incline DB--3 sets with 90lbs x 12 reps
Flat DB--2 sets 100x10, 1 drop set with 100 and 80 for 12 reps
Decline Bench--2 sets 275lbs x 10 reps, 1 set 225lbs x 12 reps
Incline Flies---3 sets 60lbs x 10 reps
Cable Flies--I did under hand and regular-4 sets(2 each) x 10 reps @ 80lbs.
15 minutes on eliptical (Did 10 rounds of intervals withing that time)
50 flights of stairs on Stairmaster. Took me 10 minutes.

Calories were 2425
379 Protein
132.5 Carbs
38 Fats

First injection was last night. When should I start noticing the compounds kicking in? I have heard about a week or two.

Good to know. Will it be one of those things that just hits you, and you say "wow I am stronger" or is it noticeable at all?

First you will notice being horny like a 15 year old, random wood throughout the day, and ugly chick's begin looking good.

Then one day while doing your 1st working set, all of a sudden you do 4 more reps than last time, the pumps are insane, and you feel like you can train hard all day.

That's when you know that you're "on".

If it was me id just run 750 test a wk, which is a.simple but effective cycle.

500 test is not enough for me, I'm 240 also

Wouldn't I just gain a bunch of water weight. I mean I know I would gain some muscle but it seems like I would also hold a lot of water. I am trying to gain a little LBM while cut some fat.

I might be going about this completely wrong, and I might not see any results at all. But, I planned it this way do I am going to stick with the blast and work my ass off. Whatever happens, happens. Only thing I might do is add some Tren. It was suggested to me, but I don't know since it's my first time.

In and out in 1.5 hours

Calories are right on with dinner and casein shake left to consume.

Yeah, u might get a little bloated but keep your diet tight.

My first cycle was a tren only cycle. Best cycle ever, it was the best i ever looked. I got up to 255lbs around 11%. I had a nice beefcake look the chicks loved.
