20lbs in 7 weeks insulin log

First time i do a log on here, so i will try to make it as understandable as possible.My goal is to reach 225lbs in 7 weeks. (I've been that weight already a few years back but with not much quality)
PERSONAL INFO : 34yo, 5'11'',205lbs (about 10% bodyfat) Very small bone structure ( i look much heavier , Arms 19inch), i want my arms to be back at 20inch after 7 weeks.

AAS and INSULIN PROTOCOL:
Ive done insulin before, and i like it, it makes me full, strong and leaner(with proper diet) and allows me to use less aas. I was on 500 test e for the past 3 months, now i'm gona lower the test and try to add Tren, i do it slowly because i'm very sensitive to Tren sides, that is why i'm trying it with low test, where the sides should be more controllable.Here it is:

Week 1-2-3
150mg Test E.
100mg Tren E
Caber twice a week
Aromasin 12.5 3 times a week
50mg Anadrol on training days
On training days :10iu humalog pre wo, 15iu humiln r 3hr later
Non training days: 10iu humalog first thing in the morning

Week 4
NO INSULIN, NO ANADROL, bump Tren to 200mg

Week 5-6-7
150mg Test E.
300-400mg Tren E ( if i can handle it)
Caber 3x a week
Aromasin 12.5 3 times a week
50mg Dianabol on training days
On training days :10iu humalog pre wo, 15iu humiln r 3hr later
Non training days: 10iu humalog 3x a day.

I didnt waste time writing every little detail and reasoning behind my method, so feel free to ask.
 
Training and Diet

Diet is pretty basic.

Here is a sample of a training day:

1- 6 eggs, 2 waffle or small pancakes,some milk.

Pre wo: 10iu Humalog , 60gr Waximize,10gr creatine,10gr glutamine
An hour later (about at the end of my wo), 60gr whey ,25gr glucose, 5gr creatine, 5gr glutamine.

3- 150gr of rice with 300gr chicken and veggies followed by 15iu humulin r.

4-Fresh fruit, 10 egg whites

5-60gr rice with 400gr beef and veggies

6- milk with 50gr whey (before bed)

NON training days

1- 10 iu humalog with big shake (80gr oats,60gr whey,2 eggs,honey)

2- 60gr rice with 300 gr chicken and veggies.

3- repeat 1

4- repeat 2

5-repeat 1

6- repeat 2 with no rice.
 
training

My training is what i find works better for me after many years of trying different ways.Its basically a high volume with a little hit in the mix.This is how i break it down

Day 1 :chest plus shoulders high reps
Day 2: 30 min cardio, abs, calfs
Day 3: Back plus arms high reps
Day 4: 30 min cardio or rest if needed
Day 5: Shoulders plus deadlifts
Day 6:rest or cardio
Day 7: Arms plus chest high resps
Day 8: Legs plus back high reps
Day 9: rest

Then repeat.

Workout are always different, here is a chest day.Only the last set of each exercise is done to complete failure.

1-Incline bench press 3x10 , 1x8 plus dropset
2-Decline bench press 3x8, 1x8 plus dropset
3-pullover 4x12-15
4-Dumbell flyes 4.15-20
5-90 degree shoulder raises 4x15
6-seated lateral raises very slow motion 4x10-12

For me in order to not overtrain or injure i have to take a light week every 3 times i repeat this cycle.
 
Are you going to be taking creatine with the insulin and carb protocol you described? Talk about strength gains....

Edit: sorry, I re-read and saw that you are.... I need to pay attention :cool:

tren or no tren....

Well today I suppose to take the first shot of Tren, and I'm having second thoughts, just scared of the anxiaty it gave me before, a horrible feeling.maybe I will stick to test alone and up the dosage back to 500, just confused!!!!!!!I need to make up my mind by tonight. About to train now......
 
Tren e is a horror show for me. its really unpredictable and I tried to pin it everyday cuz I thought the rage sides would go. No luck. And I had rage not anxiety on tren e.

Tren a only sides I get insomnia and reflux
 
first day

Morning weight: 204.8
Ok, everything as planned.Got my 10iu humalog pre wo, with my shake.No problems at all, very good pump(i was missing the slin pump).Worked chest and rear delts.Had my shake post wo, and 1 hr later my meal with 10iu humulin r.So far so good......
I decided to further lower my starting dose with Tren to 50mg a week and see how it go from there.I pin 25mg tren e and 75mg test e (pinning twice a week), i will keep this dosage for about 2 weeks, then if everything ok i will up the Tren.
PS: this is my third and last attempt to use Tren, thats why i take it very slow. Last time it was really a bad experience for me.
 
tren and slin are bodeybuilders best friend haha, those r very low doses of tren tho. If you getting good gains tho thats great brother. Food manipulition in correlation with gear prtocol is everything you seem to got good system going their. i use slin days alot but do them much differenly kool to see your way of going about it tho. Why did u change from dbol and anardol so quickly their? couldnt of scene ne real notice change or gains from one or the other really i woudl think changeing so quickly.

I have learned alot about anxiety in the last year. You would be far better using tren a that way you can control the dose. Tren e will build up and you can't control it. With tren a you could use insulin pins in your arms/delts. I know you don't like pinning regularly but it would be a far better choice imo. Start with 20mg per day and move up 10mg each week till you get were you wanna be then stay there. I am currently using this method... starting on 10mg per day just began 40mg per day. My anxiety has been much worst the last 2 days I have prami on the way to combat sides. Atleast I can move down to 30mg again if needs be. With tren e if you start to feel bad you could stop and still go through hell for a few more weeks. Just a suggestion. Eithey way good log and I will be checking in to see how you are. Ah ok wow you are right wow even more jealous now.

And I see the reason he can have 19" arms is because he has small joints.

Wonder how big his legs are with arms that big?

lol, legs is my worst part by far.They always been skinny, i still train them pretty hard but they are way behind compared to my upper body, genetics suck.
 
day 2

ok, i did train my back today.It went really well and i started to feel crazy pumps already.I followed my food plan 100% (with the exception of some skittles when i was feeling a little hypo in the afternoon, but thats because i was very busy today and i burnt more cals than usual.)Tonigh my gf told me that i look much bigger than when she last see me two days ago, and it is actually true; its just the end of day 2 and my muscles feeling crazy full.Tomorrow is the day off, i will do some cardio and stick to my plan.
PS: I attach a pic of me at my current state ( i was probably 2-3 pounds havier than i was 2 days ago).But there u have my ugly shape 19" arms!!!

Looking great matey. Insulin does interest me. Although I want to use actual real gh on a constant basis first :banghead::D
