First time i do a log on here, so i will try to make it as understandable as possible.My goal is to reach 225lbs in 7 weeks. (I've been that weight already a few years back but with not much quality)
PERSONAL INFO : 34yo, 5'11'',205lbs (about 10% bodyfat) Very small bone structure ( i look much heavier , Arms 19inch), i want my arms to be back at 20inch after 7 weeks.
AAS and INSULIN PROTOCOL:
Ive done insulin before, and i like it, it makes me full, strong and leaner(with proper diet) and allows me to use less aas. I was on 500 test e for the past 3 months, now i'm gona lower the test and try to add Tren, i do it slowly because i'm very sensitive to Tren sides, that is why i'm trying it with low test, where the sides should be more controllable.Here it is:
Week 1-2-3
150mg Test E.
100mg Tren E
Caber twice a week
Aromasin 12.5 3 times a week
50mg Anadrol on training days
On training days :10iu humalog pre wo, 15iu humiln r 3hr later
Non training days: 10iu humalog first thing in the morning
Week 4
NO INSULIN, NO ANADROL, bump Tren to 200mg
Week 5-6-7
150mg Test E.
300-400mg Tren E ( if i can handle it)
Caber 3x a week
Aromasin 12.5 3 times a week
50mg Dianabol on training days
On training days :10iu humalog pre wo, 15iu humiln r 3hr later
Non training days: 10iu humalog 3x a day.
