To start with, let me give my stats: 46yo, 5'8" 198.6 lbs, about 20% BF, decent shape but not so good on cardio endurance. Lifting 4 days a week then rest the other 3, diet is ok, not great, my last meal of the day is usually not great as i'm normally not home until 9ish.

My main focus right now is on cardio and weight loss, and especially increasing cardio endurance so the 30-45 min i'm doing right now can be more intense.

Got my GW-501516 in from Ergo yesterday, as usual it was hassle free except for Phil sending midget porn along w/ the order.

Took 5ml at about 7 am, about 30-45 min later i felt a little speedy, but it subsided pretty quickly, may increase the caffeine kick?

My cardio right now is cycling, and 2 courses i ride (one at home, one at work). This am ate a banana and some raw almonds 30 min before riding.

Course 1: 6.55 miles, rode it in 31 min (12.6 mph avg). I swear i feel less lactic acid burn in thighs, got a more noticeable 2nd wind the last mile or so. Will be interesting to see how endurance improves over the next 3-4 weeks.

Any input on what else to include feel free to chime in, it's my 1st log of any kind.:)
 
You took 5ml or 5mg?

What's the usual dose of this? I'm going to run 10mg ED during my mini-diet, is that the recommended dose?
 
oops, 5mg, and 5 mg is the recommended dose, though Johnjuan has a thread in Peptides where he went high then dropped back down. I figure i'd do 5 mg for a week, then try 10 and see how it goes.
 
How long does this peptide last for?

If I were to use it, then keep it in a cool, room temperature place and re-use it 5-6 months down the line would that be okay?
 
Today, took 5 mg around 8am, about 8:45 i felt a speedy kinda kick, which i do not like as i'm very stim sensitive, but it quickly dissipated. Did not feel any low blood sugar issues, but drank protein shake soon after taking it.

Course 2: rode 8.4 miles in 44 min, not an accurate time as i had to stop twice for seat issues (new seat), but could tell a noticeable increase in endurance, and def less lactic acid burn in thighs.

Took 5mg about 8 am, felt less 'speedy' than other previous days. Noticed early on my ride that i felt a more little lactic acid burn in thighs, but really subtle.

Rode 'course 2' today, 11 miles, 12.5 mph avg, was not as beat as i thought, though legs were tired, probably could have ridden faster (hindsight).

In a nutshell, i've bumped my distance up 50% in the past 3 days, averaging about the same mph. Not rocket surgery :D to see that this product is allowing me to progress on cardio MUCH more rapidly.

Not noticing any big fat loss, but IMO the value is in allowing me to really extend my cardio session, which is PROVEN to burn off the fat. Also noticed my appetite has stayed stable.

Good, adding more carbs from fruit and fruit juice.
 
Bumped the dose up to 7.5mg this am, no speedy effect. Seem to have hit a wall a bit, legs felt tired today, noticed more lactic acid burn, and did not have a good ride, just overall felt tired. Rode Course 1, 7.66 miles in 37.19 min, but part of that ride was a bitch of a hill. I've been riding for about 10 days straight, maybe a day break is what i need?
