ok so since im a cheap bastard and still waiting on the winning lotto #'s to come in I decided to skip the myo and try IGF-1 lr3.. since there are way too many posts and thread on how to recon with or with out bac water or aa I will try the bac route..
Today 8-14-12 decided to try it out on a small muscle group (calfs)...keeping the dose as low as I can to reduce any sides I gave the mini rat 40 mcg bi-lat so 20mcg in each calf..
had the rat take in 70 grams carbs and 10g bcca 50 g protein
10 min later noticed the rats calfs still have a crazy pump and super full, calfs feel sore but it looks very impressive thus far..
also the measurement of the mini rats calfs are 16" @ a bw of 190lbs
8-15-12 looking to try Bi's and tri's I will note arms measure 17" cold
