Just took my second dose of Crystal DNP and i'm going to be logging all the way up until the end on here.

Stats:

Age: 21
Height: 5'10
Weight: 175lbs
BF%- see picture and give your own estimate( too much variation on the electric tester)

Gonna run 14 days, might extend if tolerable.
also running oxandrolone(anavar) @ 60mg per day.
Dosing:
250mg DNP( 300mg crystal=250mg pure dnp) Day 1-4
Days 4-14
425mg DNP
2-3 gallons per day water
Supplementation:
Vit C- 3g
Glycerine/glycerol= 2tbsps per day
potassium/magnesium tabs+ v8/ powerade

Calories: 2200 on off days, 2500 on workout days


Advice/Tips/Sharing your experience is welcome!

Why do you feel the need to take dnp? You look like a healthy young man that could diet and burn it off with cardio in no time.

I've already been dieting strictly for the past 4 months from 30% BF and I feel like i'm overdue in time to start my lean bulk so I guess just to hasten the process, i'm taking all precautions though and researched for a solid month before even considering starting.
 
Well....everything looks good other than I think you should be worrying about putting on some muscle rather than trying to get leaner with DNP.

Agreed, unfortunately when bulking ALOT of fat goes straight to my face- so even when i'm lean my face looks like a 200lb persons- so I need to get leaner
 
calories look kinda high. what are your macros? and I hope you don't have anything important to do cuz ur gonna feel like shit for awhile

Starting Day 3 Tomorrow and switching over to 30 50 20 carb/prot/fat which will probably go something like this:

Meal 1:
1 cup oats + 30g whey(with 1 tsp coconut oil)+ 1tbsp glycerine/glycerol
Meal 2:
8 eggs (6 whites 2 yolks)+ 5g psyllium husk fiber+v8 juice
Meal 3:
Tuna+1/4 cup brown rice+ 30g whey( with 1 teaspoon coconut oil)
Meal 4:
12oz Chicken Breast+Broccoli
Meal 5:
1 cup oats+half cup greek yogurt
Meal 6:
1 cup cottage cheese before bed

1 tbsp glycerine+ 1 oz almonds fit somewhere in between there
I haven't dialed that into a fitness/nutrition log for the macros/nutrient breakdown so if it's over/under/lacking in a macro I will adjust it tomorrow. Calls will probably be reduced to 1800-2000

I will be following your log with interest. Currently on a DNP run myself as well :cool: No injectables? Only oxandrolone?!

No injectables, the oxandrolone isnt intended for *gaining*, its intended for healing up my shoulder injury which it's been wonderful at doing with the added unexpected benefit of some lean recomp.

Day 3: Just woke up and took the cap- gonna see how I feel in 4-5hrs and if it's not intense I think I'll start bumping my dose up and take another cap( if anyone think's thats not a good idea please chime in) also any eyeball bf % estimates?

Nothing special to report yet...slight* hot sensation but something else really weird: feeling some sort of brain "fog" and feeling "different" hard to explain not sure whats going on feeling off

most likely lower blood sugar level. keep an eye on it. If you start going hypo, lower the dose and/or incorporate more carbs.
 
Day 4 : No specific intense "sides" yet. bumping up the dose tonight by 150mg, did back workout today and stamina/breath reduction was the only evident thing
 
i dont think DNP is the best option

but we all wanna have experiences and try new things i guess
